This is a boater/fishing paradise with 60 feet of docking space, deluxe fish cleaning station located on the gulfside! Relax poolside at our signature swimming pool/tiki bar with flat screen TV. We have 5 bedrooms, 4 baths. 1 Master suite is on the ground floor, 1 Master suite on the second floor, 2 Queen Bedrooms, and a Bunk Bedroom! Fully equipped kitchen! Refreshing Salt water pool, tiki outdoor bar-paradise awaits! 2 Kayaks and 1 Paddle Board! 60 foot long Dock!

Description of the second floor bedrooms:
The 2 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor are separated by a hallway. There is a hallway the accessed both bedrooms and also accesses a bathroom as well. There is a pocket door that can access the hallway on one side and there is a normal swing door that can access the hallway from the other side. The bedroom at the end of the hallway is entered through a swing door that is directly from the hallway. None of the queen bedrooms need to be accessed by walking thru one another
The only bedroom that needs entered is the bunk room which must be entered thru the master

Best trip!

My family (10 of us all together) stayed at this beautiful property and could not have been more pleased! It was spacious enough for all of us and close to all the things we wanted to do! Beth was super responsive anytime we reached out to her! The only thing I would note is that the house is in the DIRECT landing path for the airport down the road. It was a little startling when some of the jets were flying in. This is nothing against the house itself, just something to be aware of.We hope to be able to stay at this amazing home again!

Family vacation

We had our 92 year old grandma with us down to our 6 month old nephew. The house was extremely functional for that with room for everyone to still have their own space. The location is amazing on the canal only minutes from open water.

A great gathering space...

Our group of 11 enjoyed our stay. The main level and the backyard pool/patio were fabulous for hanging out as a group. We loved fishing from the canal and watching the pelicans and the manatee. Great memories were made.

Cute, fun house with pool

Multi generational family on weeklong vacation. Very roomy for all 9 of us, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Beautiful new floors! Really loved the back patio and pool with the tiki bar. The whole family had so much fun in the pool!

Perfect Location

After 30+ years staying in hotels in Islamorada we decided it was time for a change. The house was perfect for our family and we loved the outside deck, tiki bar and pool. Easy access to the bay and ocean. Plenty of stores within minutes of the house. We will be back.

Great place for family and kids.

Beautiful home that accommodated a three-year-old and nine-year-old and an infant and six adults with plenty of room to stretch out. Parked the boat in the canal next to the house and enjoy the heated pool. Perfect spot for relaxation. Clean and well-maintained. Would definitely come back to the same house again.

Best friend and family vacation ever!!!

We were a group of 10 - 2 families and friends. There was plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and fishing and the adults loved the Tiki Bar. The location was perfect and suited all our needs. We met the grounds keeper during our visit and he was so incredibly nice and gave us great tips on some places to try!!! We would totally do this trip again!!!’

Family vacation in the Keys

Fabulous home on waterfront canal. Pool was great. Outside area left enough room for everyone. Amenities were many. There was plenty of room for our group. Having so much room made it easy for us to share family dinners which was important to us. Many many wonderful memories made this year and we feel lucky to have found this house.

Friend get-a-way

We had a group of 8 friends and we picked this house because it looked like it would be a place we’d all enjoy. It did not disappoint! We loved the secluded pool and to be able to dock our boat next to the house. The tiki bar was a hit and we spent every night out there relaxing. There is the flight path above, but it didn’t bother us.

Great location, nice home

This was our second stay & planning a third. Location is great! Love the tiki bar, pool, & being on the canal. Many manatee sightings, even more than last year. Home description lists as 5 bedrooms which is true but the one with bunk beds is very small & can only be accessed thru 2nd floor master bedroom. This year we drove down in motorhome & there was plenty of room to park it & our 3 rental cars. Also rented 2 boats & more than enough room to tie them up in the canal. Highly recommend this home

Tiki House

It was very spacious . Lots of Linens , which was a plus. Two frig’s and a bait freezer was very nice. Nice washer snd Dryer. One of my complaints, not enough receptacles in the kitchen. The step down was a little hazardous, overall it’s a very nice place. I didn’t like paying it all upfront, I wouldn’t do that again. Thank you for a great time.

Well stocked home with a few issues

Home was well stocked with towels, appliances, dishes, etc. Didn’t realize home was on the flight path of nearby airport, difficult to put kayaks and paddle boards in canal, and not much of a view. Near stores, marina, etc. Pool heater not working when arrived. Owner replaced unit within 3 days. Beds were comfortable but pillows were pretty thin. Roomy home that accommodated us all. Daily manatees in canal. They loved fresh water.

almost pefect

We had a wonderful time and the house had more than the accomodations we needed and expected. Having the extra parking on the side of the house to fit two average/large size trailers was a BIG plus. Plenty of creature comforts and things to do around the house during the evenings and downtimes. Only thing I'd suggest is bring your own pillows (always a given in my opinion) Hopefully by the time you arrive they'll have replaced the matresses and shored up the frames. That was the only thing that we all felt kept the rating from being a 5/5. Don't let this stop you from renting this place though! We'll be back hopefully next year.

Rough start, great stay!

This was the most responsive and helpful host we have had with a rental. The house had not been cleaned when we opened the door just after 5pm on arrival day. Within 30 minutes the host had organized another place for our large group of 7 adults to stay for the night so that our home for the week could be cleaned and ready by 10am the next morning. Beth even covered our dinner out since we were inconvenienced. The local manager was responsive with bringing additional cleaning supplies needed for the week. Once things were set right we had a great week. The location was just right for our rented boat to have quick access to the Gulf for our excursions to both the ocean and Gulf sides. The heated pool and outdoor deck were perfect for relaxing after busy days of snorkeling and fishing. On the downside, some of the furniture, flooring, and kitchen equipment are worn. The home is perfect for large groups with multiple families but with all adults, the room with the bunk beds is hard to use since it is accessed through the largest bedroom/bath upstairs.

Marathon Stay

Overall enjoyed the stay. I checked the grill to be sure it was operational. It was. I brought a whole Prime Rib Roast to grill as we were having a family celebration. Ran out of gas after 30 minutes. I don’t cook on a gas grill at home as I have a Green Egg. So I don’t know a full tank from an empty one. I do now. Second tank was also empty. I have never rented a house that was not stocked with gas for the grill. So there went $175 down the drain with a dried out piece of leather. Plus in my mind another $40 for a tank of propane. I also notified the owner that the pool filter had a crack. Pool was losing more and more water each day as the crack only got larger. I was told to call someone else that turned out to be the person that did the cleaning between rentals. The owner answered with “ I am out of the country”. After calling the other person, I was told pool company would be out on Monday. Never came. We ended up refilling the pool each day and shutting the pump down after use in the evening as I did not want the pool to empty. So my prime rib sucked as I had to go chase gas and we monitored the pool so we could enjoy it for the week. I was told pool guy comes on Fridays. Nope never saw him. Hopefully the next people don’t have a problem with the pool.

Dated and Dirty - but good location

So many issues. Here are a few we experienced. Upon checking in at 4pm people were removing a ping pong table. We contacted Beth to see what was going on and apparently the table was rotten per the last guest and it was being dumped. Beware of the Bunk Bed Room – this is not “Located down a hall way behind Master”, it is actually a converted closet in the master bed room with access through the master. Beth was responsive but not helpful. For example, Ice maker didn’t produce ice. We contacted Beth, who stated ‘”it won’t be able to be fixed this week – maintenance company takes vacation this week every year due to lobster season.” She offered to reimburse us for ice. Concerning that if anything goes wrong during the most popular week in the keys (mini season), you are on your own with this rental. Other issues we had. The stove is old and a knob missing, coffee maker burner was 100% rusted. We stayed in the master – the fan was covered in 3/8s of an inch of dust, the shower is unfinished, with mold that was enough to get caught under my nail, the bathroom vents had mold on them, and the mattress is well past its life span. The cabinets in the master bathroom and kitchen are peeling. Living room window wouldn’t shut leaving a 1-inch gap with no screen letting mosquitos in. Also, the yard had trash on the ground and landscape debris everywhere that we picked up and piled up. What topped it off was the internet going out. I notified Beth who stated she “will call Comcast in the morning”. Beth never followed up with me so I contacted Xfiniti myself. After being on the phone for about an hour in the morning (when I should be lobstering on the 1st day of Mini), I was able to get a tech out that day. Another person in our party had to stay behind and deal with the rep. After telling Beth about the appointment, at no time did she offer to wait for the rep. You will have to resolve any issue yourself, even though you are on vacation paying good money to stay here. This home has so much potential, unfortunately no one is putting in the time or money to bring this very dated house up to date and sufficiently clean it.

Family atay

House and location are great. Size perfect for my husband and I with our 3 kids and their families! There are some basic maintenance and cleaning issues they need to have attention. The trash from previous renters was full on our arrival and stunk for days until picked up, bit can were full. Some dirty dishes and socks on porches. Pool needs a good scrub on the sides. Downstairs showers do not work properly, table tops were dirty, no dust pan or broom available. Dishwasher doesn’t clean and it’s sitting lopsided. But other than those issues it was an enjoyable time for our family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Excellent outdoor area. Convenience to town and open water was why we chose to stay here. Home ze was perfect. We would stay here again. Thank you!
