Located at the entrance to a peaceful hamlet, just 10 minutes from the beaches via the picturesque Col de Banyuls road, this detached 2-room house welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Baillaury Valley.

Nestled on a large tree-lined terrace, it offers unobstructed views of the surrounding vineyards and direct access to hiking trails. Access is via a staircase of about 30 steps, with a private parking space at the bottom.

The house comprises:
A bright living room with a sofa bed (permanent sleeping accommodation), opening onto the terrace.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, also opening onto the terrace and its barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.
A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A separate toilet.
For your comfort, a baby crib can be provided upon request. Cyclists will also appreciate the ability to store their bikes safely in a secure locker.
