Family Vacation

This was a fantastic house with more than enough space, including a great pool that was perfect for our family of 11 to enjoy and cool off in after our trips to the beach. Since we had just a 5 minute walk to a private beach, and a 5 minute bike ride to South Beach, the location provided so much flexibility for adults and kids to get out and do it all! Awesome Vacation House!

My back is killing me!

Overall the property was great. Kitchen was supplied with everything you could possibly need. Location was excellent! However to say it sleeps 18 comfortably is fiction at best! You could not sleep on the pull outs unless you wanted springs sticking in your back!!! The management company was kind enough to bring us two roll out beds. Over all our family had a great vacation!

A Haven of Rest

Great property, excellent house, excellent location, excellent kitchen amenities, excellent showers, and water pressure, and excellent swimming pool with a heated hot tub. A few points for improvement: 1) The pool deck has tripping hazards that appear to be caused by tree roots pushing up the pavers. 2) The upstairs cooling and air distribution seemed to struggle at times. Overall a great week with our family, no complaints!!

Excellent Location

13 Audubon Pond was perfect for our large family. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed riding bikes to South Beach and Harbor Town, and the short ride to the beach was so convenient.
