Recently renovated apartment 500 meters above the principality of Monaco, with great views. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, yet is still only 15 minutes away from Monaco, Nice, beaches, golf, and mountain activities.
2 double and 2 single beds provide room for a total of six people in 3 seperate sleeping places; 1 room with double bed and shower, 2 seperate open rooms on mezzanine with shared bathroom between them. Garden is on the landside of the apartment, parking is available within the gates of the residence.

Fantastic stay

The house was absolutely beautiful, and Karin was a great host. The pictures were entirely accurate to the house, the cleanliness was on point, and it was wonderful to have Karin there for our check-in and in case we needed anything. It was a lovely place to come back to after the chaos that is Monaco, albeit difficult to find cheap transportation to and from the city. Overall, this place is gorgeous and a fantastic retreat after a long day in Monaco.

Wonderful Stay in La Turbie

We had a wonderful stay at Karin's place. We were able to sign up for the tennis courts across the street which was a nice treat. Easy to access the property and Karin's recomenations were great. We parked our car across the street which made transportation very easy. Place was clean and as advertised. 20 minute ride to Monte Carlo. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful views!

Great place near Monaco

We came very late and our host was still waiting for us to welcome us. Beautiful house, very clean, great comfortable beds, the parking was across the property and safe. The view was amazing ( unfortunately there was some fog that morning on the bay) . We definitely could come back.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf Monaco, die Küste und das Meer. Karin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und stand uns für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkt in Realität grösser als auf den Bildern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

Le logement était très propre, bien situé, avec une très belle vue sur Monaco — parfait pour notre rendez-vous entre filles.Nous avons mis un peu de musique en essayant de ne pas déranger les voisins, car c’est un endroit où les événements sont interdits. Donc, si vous souhaitez louer, il faudra garder en tête que c’est principalement pour dormir. Le lieu est très propre et la propriétaire habite juste en dessous.Ensuite, nous sommes sorties sur Monaco pour continuer la soirée.La propriétaire a été vraiment sympa et compréhensive, surtout pour la future mariée.Merci encore Karin ! :)The accommodation was very clean, well located, with a beautiful view of Monaco — ideal for our girls’ meet-up.We played some music while trying not to disturb the neighbors, as events are not allowed here. So if you plan to rent, keep in mind it’s mainly for sleeping. The place is very clean and the owner lives just below.Afterwards, we went out to Monaco to continue the evening.The owner was really nice and understanding, especially for the bride-to-be.Thank you again Karin ! :)

Appartement dans résidence de petites maisons mitoyennes, en surplomb au-dessus de Monaco. Véhicule indispensable, très belle vue, spacieux. A noter avec des enfants jeunes, l'escalier pour accéder aux chambres en mezzanine est très raide et sans protection. Location bien placée pour aller sur Monaco, Menton, Eze...

Stunning Views!

This apartment is located in a very quiet and lovely gated community just a 10 minute walk to La Turbie. Monaco was about a 20 minute drive down a very windy road, but very accessible. The views of the Mediterranean and Monaco were absolutely incredible. Be advised though, while the apartment has 2 showers, it has only one toilet and 2 of the bedrooms are located in an open loft (but with very pretty views.) The owner lives in the building and is very easy to reach. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.
