This beautiful apartment has an ideal location, less than a km on foot from the center of Le Lavandou, and truly feet in the water. It is through, consists of 3 large bedrooms opening onto a balcony, a new and very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer), a beautiful living room, a bathroom and a shower room , 2 WCs, one of which is separate, and a large terrace with sea view. Its location in the DRC makes access to the sea very quick and simple!
Residence of only 18 apartments, very well maintained and with closed parking. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a privileged setting.
