J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir acquérir ce logement durant mes années d’alternance. Aujourd’hui j’ai 26 ans et j’ai à cœur de permettre aux voyageurs de découvrir ma belle region qui est la Vendée. Le logement a malheureusement subit de fortes dégradations de la part d’un locataire en 2024-2025. Il est actuellement en rénovation intégrale pour vous permettre de passer un agréable séjour.

La vue au loin sur le port de plaisance laisse entrevoir que l’appartement est loin de rien et proche de tout : cote sauvage de la Chaume, centre ville, centre commercial et grande plage de la chaume sont facilement accessible en bus (arrêt à quelque mètre de l’appartement), à pieds (un passeur permet de rejoindre le centre ville des sables D’olonne à quelques centaines de mètres) ou en voiture (une place de parking est disponible).
