Dowtown Escape
Capri condo building is truly the place to be in Traverse City. Walk to all the downtown shops, theaters, restaurants and Clinch Park beach on West Grand Traverse Bay. Whether this a romantic getaway or a family vacation, our condo is ideally located for visiting all that Traverse City and Northern Michigan have to offer. In between the Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula wine trails and a 40 minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, you could ask for a better home base.

Parking Instructions
Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.

Walk to Everything Traverse City

The condo was very clean and well maintained. Everything TC is within walking distance; water, bars, restaurants, breweries, shopping…everything. This is our second stay at this condo complex and have really enjoyed ourselves both times. Very comfortable and convenient.

Perfect Small Space

The place is perfect for a weekend getaway in TC. Walking distance to Front Street, plenty of bars, breweries and restaurants within a couple minutes walk.

We had a very nice stay. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The information from the host was very accurate. We did have to use the parking structure because there wasn’t any available parking right behind the building, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s very close by.

A few days in Traverse

My fiancé and I stayed in the unit for a few days during a little northern Michigan getaway. Great location and easily walkable to Front Street area and the water. We also explored some restaurants near the unit that were great! Quiet area but close to all the commotion. We didn’t have any difficulty with parking but during the busier season the lot probably fills up early. Would definitely stay again!

Great place close to downtown!

Michaels property was great, walking distance to everything in downtown Traverse!! We would definitely stay again! The only negative thing I would say about the condo was the couch. It was very very low so if you have a hard time getting off of the floor and plan to use the couch, I would say this might be the place for you! But absolutely everything else was great!!

Perfect Place for a Girls Trip

My friends and I booked this condo 2 weeks before our trip (due to a different vrbo cancelling on us last minute) and the owner Michael was great with communicating and answering any questions I had! Checking in and out was also very easy. The location of this condo was perfect and easy to find. It's within walking distance to downtown Traverse City and in a good area. This condo was also very clean, updated and just super cute! They had all the amenities you would need for your stay, and you can tell they make sure the place is clean/ready for you. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic T C Landing Spot

Perfect spot for our stay in T C area! Accurately represented on website. It is a garden unit so not many stairs to negotiate. Nice to have washer & dryer. Host Michael very responsive & helpful when we made error in booking. Parking spots were always available in free lot by unit.

Great condo

Walkable to downtown, clean, comfortable. We've stayed multiple times now and had a great stay each time. Parking this time was crowded one night and we had to park in the parking garage next door overnight, which is free 6pm-8am but if you don't go prepay or move your car at 8am you will get a $10 ticket. The EV charger in the parking garage has 4 level 2 chargers (shared 6-8kw/hr to 2 chargers) that are free to charge (just pay parking mon-sat 8am-6pm, $1.25/hr). There was always a charger available to use. It was really nice to be able to bring our EV!

My wife Dustine and I settled in the Traverse City area in 2005. Dustine is a native of Columbus, Ohio while I was raised in Sudbury, Ontario Canada. We have two boys, who love to enjoy all that this area provides. We are avid golfers, beach goers, skiers in the winter and are part of the Traverse City Curling Club! We never miss a chance to explore the dunes and all the other amazing spots we are surrounded by. We are excited to host guests at our growing rental business while we still operate our health care business in downtown Traverse City. It is my family's pleasure and honor to welcome all types of guests, from around the world.
