Summary:
Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town- adjacent to downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV for streaming only. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. One free space in parking garage.
ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Space:
This unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
One queen bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room is a queen.
Full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Smart TV with streaming capabilities only. (Sorry no cable.)

Please note the Keurig pictured has been changed to a drip coffee maker.

This condo is 850 square feet.

Restraurant options everywhere within easy walking distance.
Handy neighborhood market around the corner on Union Street has one of the best butchers in town- Maxbauers.

Getting Around:
You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage with a pass.

Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES.

HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street.
OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.)

Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.

EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Comfortable stay, convenient location
My husband and I were very pleased with our recent stay. The location was convenient for walking to most restaurants and cocktail lounges. With clear instructions provided by the owner, it was easy to utilize the nearby parking garage. The unit was clean and thoughtfully furnished. Compared to other properties where we have stayed, the amenities provided were better than expected.

Great condo!
This was our second stay at Capri and this condo was definitely an upgrade from the unit we had last year. Great location, clean property, management communication was good and check-in & out process was easy. Only suggestion would be a bigger and more comfortable bed!

My husband and I had a PERFECT stay! The codo is beautifully decorated, pristinely clean, and in a fantastic location - close to downtown and the beach! The management company took great care of our questions! We will stay there again for sure!
