This unit includes a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette with plenty of storage, apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and general kitchen items. The full bath has plenty of counter space, a hair dryer, and a walk-in 60"x34" shower, with a separate water closet. Direct TV supplies services to the 55" flat-screen smart Roku television. Free WIFI, air conditioning, and central heat. There is no breakfast included with this condo.

The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from this location. It is also an easy drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City is just 4.5 miles from the condo. Cherry Capital Airport is only 3 miles away.

Besides relaxing on the private beach, enjoy watersports, hiking or biking the TART trail, shopping, restaurants, art galleries, mini golf, skiing, casinos, museums, wineries brew pubs, or scenic drives. Nearby attractions included Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lakeshore, a variety of lighthouses and beautiful beaches, Old Mission Peninsula, or visit some of the small surrounding towns.
