This highly desirable ground floor studio condo is located on stunning East Grand Traverse Bay with sparkling blue waters, sandy beach, and gorgeous sunrise and sunset skies from your private patio. The beach slider door is just steps away from the sand, bay, and heated pool. There are community fire pits and a beach volleyball court available.

The condo is perfect for two guests but sleeps up to four. This unit includes a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette with plenty of storage, apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and general kitchen items. The full bath has plenty of counter space, a hair dryer, and a walk-in 60"x34" shower, with a separate water closet. Direct TV supplies services to the 55" flat-screen smart Roku television. Free WIFI, air conditioning, and central heat. There is no breakfast included with this condo.

The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from this location. It is also an easy drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City is just 4.5 miles from the condo. Cherry Capital Airport is only 3 miles away.

Besides relaxing on the private beach, enjoy watersports, hiking or biking the TART trail, shopping, restaurants, art galleries, mini golf, skiing, casinos, museums, wineries brew pubs, or scenic drives. Nearby attractions included Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lakeshore, a variety of lighthouses and beautiful beaches, Old Mission Peninsula, or visit some of the small surrounding towns.

Points North is a nice waterfront property. Our condo was on the ground floor, which was nice. It was small, but perfect for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again.

Our condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. We didnt need any additional paper towel, toilet paper or dish soap. The location is very walkable, due to the walk bridge by the state park.

This condo exceeded our expectations! Everything was updated, kitchen was well stocked and the view was great. We were just steps from the beach. Although it was too cool to swim in the bay, the heated pool was perfect for relaxing.
