THE SPACE:
This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in the heart of downtown Traverse City. You'll find yourself within walking distance of theaters, shopping boutiques, a wide array of restaurants, bustling markets, local breweries, vibrant bars, lively festivals, and inviting beaches. The beach is a mere half-mile away, making it a quick 10-minute walk or a brisk 4-minute bike ride.

Inside, the condo features a comfortable king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized pullout couch in the living room. If you're traveling with little ones, we have you covered with a pack 'n play, highchair, baby bath, and various other baby essentials.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, solid-surface countertops, and warm hardwood floors with radiant heating. You'll also find staple items like spices and condiments for your culinary convenience. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please note that as of March 2022, the city no longer permits us to pay for guests' parking in the adjacent parking garage. However, there are still parking solutions available. You can opt to pay for your own spot in the nearby parking garage which is free over night on the first floor from 6pm-8am or utilize street parking a block or two south of the property.

ACCESS:
Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the condo. Guests have access to the full condo.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Nestled in the heart of midtown, our condo offers the perfect location, right across the street from the Old Towne Playhouse. You'll be delighted to discover that everything downtown Traverse City has to offer is within easy walking distance! Whether you're seeking a tranquil evening out or an exciting nightlife experience, you're in luck. Just one block from the condo, you'll find an array of restaurants and bars catering to every taste.

For your parking convenience, there's a parking garage located at the end of the alley. If you're looking for a closer parking spot or require an additional one, this garage is at your service. This convenient parking facility is known as the "Old Town Parking Garage."

TRANSIT:
Bike rentals are available approximately 1.5 miles away at McClains Cycle Shop or Brick Wheels.
Local Taxi services include Cool Cab, Cherry Capital Cab, About Time Transportation, and more!
Bata busses have multiple stops throughout Traverse as well as surrounding counties with their Village Loop and Bayline & City Loop.

**NO pets allowed unless proper service pet documentation has been provided and approved BEFORE check-in. If you have an unauthorized pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for your stay. This is an association rule.**
