By its location: in a small hamlet, very quiet, between the 2 Abers: the Aber-Wrach and the Aber-Benoit.
By its clarity: large windows overlooking the large terrace, its neat decor, in a marine style.
IDEAL LOCATION to spend very pleasant moments of relaxation and rest.
Calm environment !! for a successful holiday by the sea !! You will not be disappointed, for sure !!
It is here, between the islands of Sein and Ouessant, that the Iroise Sea marks its transition between the Atlantic Ocean and the English Channel.
You will return to the beach by a SMALL HOLLOW PATH of the BRETON type, or by road.
Starting point for many of the Residence's trails, for walking or mountain biking, or simply to enjoy the rest and calm of the small hamlet, to rest on the terraces in the sun !!
Near the Petit Port, very nice of the ABER-WRACH, Fishing and Plaisance port, with its many restaurants and small shops !!
Remember, the PRE-SEASON and the REAR-SEASON, in Brittany: often very nice too. You can still enjoy the beaches, the sea .. in peace !!

You will appreciate the large CLOSED garden with its large wooden terrace (deckchair, garden furniture, wooden table, barbecue). 3 bedrooms (2lits140 2lits90) 1 bathroom 1 shower 2 WC 1 living room (tv) 1 dining corner 1 kitchen corner (fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, mixer, coffee maker ..) garage (washing machine, dryer linen, fridge-freezer combination).
POSSIBILITY of receiving person in a wheelchair, we have just welcomed our 1st person and that went very well.
