We loved staying here, very clean and beautifully decorated. We had no pets however we did see they had a dog blanket, pad, dishes, and a towl for dogs. :) there were toys and games for kids ( our grandsons visit us for a couple hour and really enjoyed the toys and books. Well stocked kitchen with fresh coffee and tea, they have both coffe pot and tea kettle which is rare as a tea drinker this was a huge plus for me. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Loved this place. Everything was super nice and clean and comfortable. The resort’s amenities (pool, golfing green, weight room, horseshoe pit, etc) were also super fun for the family. And the proximity to the beach and state park path were unbeatable. Westport is also a super cute little town, though many things are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Great place!!!

Lovely property. We enjoyed our stay with our two elementary school age grandchildren. There is a nice pool and hot tub close by at the clubhouse. Remember to take the fob.

The Herons Nest was exactly as advertised. It was clean, close to the beach and well appointed. The host was amazing. We had an initial issue with getting access to the unit, but that was mostly my fault. I contacted the host and she got right back to me and we were in, no problem. I would definitely return to the Herons Nest and would recommend it to anyone wanting to spend time in Westport.

Had we needed for our reunion with a cousin and her husband. We met friendly staff and other residents in the clubhouse. They offered many suggestions and information about Westport. Would definately stay again.!

Everything was exactly as advertised. When I wanted something in the kitchen it was in the drawer, cupboard, or cabinet I opened first. Definitely a reason why the host is a 10/10.

Fantastic Condo

Really enjoyed our stay here. So many thoughtful and nice touches included in the condo, such as common sense condiments in the refrigerator; lots of coffee filters, coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil, etc. Very welcoming and comfortable - definitely will stay here again!

I got locked out and was unable to reach the host for 3 hours. VRBO customer service was also unable to reach them. Their answer was to offer me a free night someplace else… with no clean clothes, toiletries and most importantly, my blood pressure medication. I showered and left once I was able to get back in the room.

We were happy to provide a full refund for your trouble after you locked yourself out of the unit using the manual lock, as verified by maintenance staff. Unfortunately, neither Vrbo nor the clubhouse office contacted the secondary contact number for our account until the situation had been escalated, otherwise we would have been able to have our local contact unlock the door for you promptly. Instructions for this case are in the check-in info, and we've added additional clarification in the property description to make it more difficult for guests to make this mistake in future.
