This was a great location. The accommodations were very comfortable and well maintained. My only complaint was that the rental company provided very few personal items. They did provide us with a small bar of dove soap to use in the shower. however, there is no shampoo or any other convenient toiletry items other than toilet paper. Also, even though there is a beautiful kitchen there are no oil, cooking spices, etc. to help cook your meals. Other than that inconvenience, it was a beautiful stay.

We loved our stay at Ketch Courtyard! The property was very clean, as was our condo. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to several restaurants and Fort Clinch State Park. We will definitely stay here again!

You can't beat having the ocean right out your back door! Great location and very nice condo. Everything was clean and well stocked. Great weekend getaway

Great little place on the beach. Building is older, but the unit is nicely redone and accommodated 4 easily. Onsite property manager was great. Parking is very limited, but he keeps tabs on who is supposed to be there so we always had a space. Very good location, not too busy and easy to get to Amelia or downtown Fernandina. Great location on the beach too, in between the very busy sections with cars on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

The property was a perfect fit for our family. The access to the beach was great, just a short walk down the boardwalk and your toes are in the sand. Everything inside the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry closet were a little cramped at times, but nothing too bad. It was a great vacation!

This lovely condo checked all of our boxes — the unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, etc.). The patio was the perfect spot to take in the ocean while enjoying morning coffee or sunset. The first-floor location was easily accessible for our group, which included one who uses crutches/a walker. I slept like a rock every night thanks to the blackout shades in the front bedroom that block out the hallway light The team was very responsive throughout the booking and our stay.

Spring Break 2023

We enjoyed our stay to Amelia Island. The condo was clean, although both showers could use a makeover and maybe a larger hot water tank. Our family of 4 resulted in several cold showers. The condo was well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils and was quite comfortable. We had an issue with a bathroom leak, however management was quick to attempt to address the issue and did give us a small refund for our troubles. All in all we enjoyed out too. It’s super close to the beach which was great. Wish it was closer to the cute town but you can’t have both.
