Great stay!

We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect! The view from the balcony is priceless ... hearing the waves of the ocean is such a perk! Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Amazing location

This was α great beach location. Never crowded. So easy to just run back to if you needed something. Lots of parks and trails nearby and restaurants within just α few miles. I honestly would love to have stayed longer.

Perfect Beach Retreat

Ketch Courtyard 404 was the perfect retreat our family needed. The view from the balcony was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the property was clean and well appointed. The property manager was communicative and took care of all our needs. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect beach getaway

Everything was so easy! Reservation, a pre-travel question answered quickly, check-in, access to the unit. It was exceptionally clean and we felt very safe. Beautiful setting on a wonderful beach. We even saw mama and baby dolphins on our sunrise beach walk.

Extraordinary condo

This condo did not disappoint. We visited for our 30th wedding anniversary and it provided a first class condo, excellent location and privacy. Just steps to the beach. The staff was so helpful, and the entire process was so easy. We will be returning again soon. We give it a 10!

A gorgeous place to stay

The condo was just magnificent, with bedroom and living room/dining area windows facing a gorgeous beach and a balcony that was accessible from both rooms. The unit itself was very nice, with a lovely open floor plan, and lots of room. I appreciated how quiet our room was---the joys of not having anyone above us. I also really appreciated the management company that gave us lots of on-line information and reminders. This is our third time in Amelia Island, which we absolutely love. Next time we come we will definitely request this unit!

Great serene condo

This condo was perfect for us. It is just the right size, beautiful art, not cluttered and I had everything I needed in the kitchen. I love Stay Better Vacations! This is my third time booking in one of their properties. I know I’ll be taken care of. For example, we couldn’t find the volume for the tv and Staci walked me through it❤️. I really like the linens and towels professionally cleaned and changed for each guest. I would totally book this condo and many others managed by Stay Better Vacations!

Outstanding condo on the beach

Condo was clean and it was nice to have music playing and lights & fans on when we arrived. Good supply of towels and soap etc. very nice layout and amazing balcony view. We would love to return to this unit for a longer period of time next spring. The only things to improve would be to replace both king mattresses. One was way too hard and the other was kind of caved in. Also a full length mirror would be appreciated. SBV really did well this time so we will research your other rentals to check other vacation opportunities. Thank You.

Perfect location, very clean and amazing views!

Just like the listing photos - this was the perfect place for my husband and I. The views can’t be beat, and was great to be on a quiet, very un-crowded beach. Far enough away from the main beaches but only a short drive from a myriad of shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you need, was very clean, and exactly as pictured. Would stay again!

Picture Perfect Stay!

This location is awesome. The unit was extremely well appointed and kept. The decor and little touches of beach charm were well above what you typically see in a rental. Pros: Large area. The twin beds in the front room are perfect for kids. There is not a view from kids room (windows are high and only look out to hallway), but ok for kids who have their noses in phones anyways. Master has a nice balcony and view. Kids and hubby said the beds were the most comfy they’ve had. The master shower is huge. Having a second bathroom for kids was a great bonus. The laundry is clutch for a beach vacation and had great shelving so you could store beach bags there -I tossed beach towels and suits and then kept them stored in laundry. View is amazing -this unit is on the top floor-middle of the building, so great view. The porch has four chairs-two rockers, two adirondacks, a table you could eat a meal at and two little decorative stools-so the porch was a great sanctuary. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of storage for our snacks. The property is not very busy, was pretty quiet and didn’t run to loud groups of partiers. I would say this property mostly rents to families. Cons: pool is at the front of building, is not heated and no hot tub, so if it’s chilly, there isn’t a lot of options. Owners said they had sold unit-we hope the new owners stay with property management company because we’d love to book a future vacation in the same unit.

Great view!

This place was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and a short drive to the activities we did. The best part was watching the sunrise from the balcony! We would definitely stay here again.
