The living room includes a sleeper sofa along with a television and DVD player. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the condo for added convenience. The balcony boasts incredible Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters, perfect for taking in the stunning colors of the sunrise and sunset.
Pelican Isle is conveniently located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast. Take a dip in the outdoor pool and hot tub or enjoy the on-site fitness area. Pelican Isle is just a short walk, bike ride or drives to various shops and restaurants. It is just under two and a half miles from the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
