Pelican Isle 418 is a fourth-floor corner unit, boasting unparalleled Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters.Enjoy the surrounding scenery with large glass windows throughout the unit, leading to the three private balconies. This unit is beautifully-tiled from the entrance, down the hallway and throughout the kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with both bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located next to the entrance of the condo, includes its own private balcony access and leads into the large primary bath. Down the hall, you will find the guest bedroom on your right. There is an additional full bath, accessible from both the guest bedroom and the hallway. Past the hallway, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, leading to the dining area and living room. There is additional access to the balconies from both sides of the living room. Enjoy endless entertainment with a television and DVD player in each room of the condo, along with DVD rentals throughout your stay. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the unit for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
