Surf Dweller 401 is a gorgeous three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasting unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the beach in Okaloosa Island, this incredible condo is truly a sight to see. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, along with two twin-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, Surf Dweller 401 accommodates up to six guests comfortably. With welcoming beach vibes throughout, this spacious condo can easily become your vacation go-to for years to come. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms on either side of the hallway, both with flat-screen televisions and access to its own private balcony. The guest bedroom with the queen-size bed leads into its own ensuite guest bathroom, which includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom with the two twin-size beds is ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. Accessible from the hall area, the additional guest bathroom includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy a washer and dryer combination as well, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The fully-equipped kitchen is located to the left of the hallway and offers plenty of storage and counter space, along with all utensils, cookware, and appliances needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The elegant dining table seats six guests and there are three additional bar chairs by the kitchen breakfast bar. The inviting living area offers lovely matching floral furnishings as well as a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
