On a half-floor (4 steps to the entrance of the house): Terrace with patio furniture. Fully equipped kitchen (mini-oven, refrigerator, microwave, hob) open to the living room with a 2-person sofa bed, TV, and dining area. One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Separate toilet. Additional options: Heating fee (per week) of €30, end-of-stay cleaning for €30, double bed kit (sheets + pillowcases) for €12, bath linens kit (towels, washcloths, bath sheets) for €6 per person, table linens kit (tea towels, napkins) for €3 for the entire stay. Small detached house with a terrace overlooking a charming garden and vegetable garden, located in a quiet area next to the owners’ home. Enjoy the shared pool with the owners (8.5 x 4.5 cm, depth 1.6 m), secured by barriers, to cool off and relax. A garden table and lounge chairs are provided so you can enjoy the adjoining private outdoor space. Private parking and a carport are available. The cottage is ideally located for exploring the region, just 30 minutes from the beaches and not far from the inland areas (quaint villages, Verdon Natural Park, etc.). Discover the Massif des Maures and its hiking trails, or the “Village des Tortues” near the cottage. Reversible air conditioning in the living room. Wi-Fi. The rental is equipped with a cot, a high chair, a baby bathtub, and a changing pad. Cleaning supplies provided.
