Excellent property

The house is lovely situated ideal for walking in des Apilles or visiting beautiful Provence villages. The house was light and airy and very clean with all amenities you can think of. Lovely gesture to stack supply of dishwasher and washing-machine soap /mosquito repellent for use during the first days of your stay👍🏻 Pool was clean and heated even in april. All the games and garden furniture you can possibly think off. We would stay again in this villa.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Sehr gute Küche.Leider ist ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer das war nicht sehr praktisch und auch nicht ersichtlich.Freundlicher Gastgeber Der Pool war nicht beheizt wie beschrieben Aber alles in allem war es eine gute Zeit

Maison Aureille

We hebben wel een leuke tijd beleeft maar het was niet netjes en was toch wel even schrikken, aangezien je iedere gast toch wel voldoende betaald voor de schoonmaak. Er staat op de advertentie airconditioning aanwezig maar eenmaal bij aankomst was het enkel via vloerkoeling wat geen airco is zoals word voorgesteld en je krijgt dan als antwoord er staan ventilatoren. Ik zou het vakantiehuis niet aanbevelen aan familie of vrienden.

Tatsächlich wurden wir bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht darüber informiert, dass Sie das Haus schmutzig vorgefunden haben, obwohl die Person, die für die Reinigung zuständig war, das Haus kurz vor Ihrer Ankunft vollständig gereinigt hatte. Hätten Sie uns diesbezüglich kontaktiert, hätten wir gemeinsam eine Lösung finden können, beispielsweise indem wir die betreffende Person erneut mit der Reinigung beauftragt hätten. Unser Ziel ist es immer, Unterkünfte in einwandfreiem Zustand anzubieten, und wir bedauern, dass dies bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht der Fall war. Was die Klimatisierung betrifft, ist in der Beschreibung der Anzeige deutlich angegeben, dass es sich nicht um eine Klimatisierung, sondern um eine bodenbasierte Kühlung handelt. Wir haben versucht, Ihnen eine Lösung anzubieten, indem wir Ihnen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt haben, und wir haben Ihnen Tipps gegeben, wie Sie die Frische im Haus bewahren können. Wir sind stets darum bemüht, unsere Mieter während ihres Aufenthalts bestmöglich zu betreuen. Wir haben unser Bestes getan, um eine positive Lösung zu finden.
