This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in the living room leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features in this vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen that consists of a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop stove & oven and all of the cooking utensils you will need to cook and serve a meal. There are 2 TV ’s, 2 VCR’s & 1 DVD player in this unit.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Condo was as advertised.

Clean and right on the beach. We had an issue with the door code but vacasa had a maintenance person their within 5 mins to fix it. Nothing super luxurious about the condo but was very nice and amazing view. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Location is great. We watched the Wednesday fireworks from the porch. Porch faces the beach. You could hear the crashing of the waves from the 6th floor. What we don't like is the bed...the sofa bed is better off used as a sofa or sleep on it but don't pull it out as a bed unless you want to sleep on straight up springs. One of the stove burner doesn't work.

Poorly managed property with dirty worn out furniture, dirty floors.

Arrived on 7/31/22 to find horribly worn out and out dated furniture, which was also so dirty we had to put sheets down on the sofa and chair to feel comfortable using them. The mattresses in the bunks were probably at least 20 years old and we had to actually take the mattress from the top bunk to stack on the bottom bunk to make it even acceptable. The Master bed mattress was old, as well, but had a thin mattress topper that was acceptable; this furniture was equally as outdated and worn out. There was one non-working wall clock in the shower in the whole condo. There were remote devices for TV's for cable but NO TV controls to adjust the televisions to preferred settings for contrast, color, brightness, etc. Over stove microwave light did not work. The dining table glass time freely moved on top of the wood surface because there was so much sand accumulated between them; a clear safety hazard. Bathtub floor had no safety features to avoid falling and no grab bars at all. This made it extremely challenging to prevent falling. The balcony had 6 cheap mismatched chairs but not ONE table to enjoy drinks or meals alfresco. Floors were not only dirty, the bathroom floor tiles were all loose around the toilet when walking on them. The pros of this unit were the location and view. For the price, the interior clearly did not meet even the lowest standards. Very disappointed.

Fun Times

All rooms are ocean front. That’s very smart, people go to the ocean for the view. You don’t have to waist time at a desk in the office, you don’t have to keep up with a room card, very nice place to stay. Anything extra you need the cabana boys on the beach will help
