We had a delightful stay at this beautiful old farmhouse. It was comfortable, clean and in a beautiful quiet place. And Lonnie and Syersa were such fun to visit with and made us feel right at home. We would recommend!!!

Thanks again for staying with us and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting and visiting with you both. Come back anytime and thank you for sharing our mutual faith in Christ Jesus 🙏
Beautiful location for a quiet, peaceful get away. We enjoyed everything about it. Syresa gave us a great recommendation for dinner, and made a fantastic breakfast. Quite a treat to sit on the huge porch, enjoying breakfast on an almost-chilly.morning.

Very nice guests who were good communicators and took good care of our property. Highly recommended and welcome back anytime!
Beautiful setting and excellent location. Our first time seeing fireflies and we couldn't have picked a better spot. Quiet and secluded with all the sights and sounds you would expect out in the country. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do. Syresa was a welcoming and wonderful hostess. So glad we had the opportunity to stay at Seaton Springs and take in everything in this part of Tennessee had to offer.

Yall were fantastic!
My girlfriend and I stayed in this beautiful home last weekend. I say “home” because Syresa and Lonnie made it feel like a home, not just a house. It truly was amazing. They are super nice people and very friendly. Walking in the home and around the property was truly breathtaking. It’s far enough away from town to be able to enjoy peace and quiet but also only 10 minutes away from Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. I would 10/10 recommend staying here and I look forward to going back in the future. Syresa and Lonnie, thank you guys so much for everything. You guys truly made it a trip to remember.
The property was absolutely gorgeous! The location of the property was nice to very close to pigeon Ford and Gatlinburg. The home was amazing as well. Our room was nice and spacious and bed comfortable. The only thing I could recommend was all larger counter space in the restroom there basically was none. The hodts we’re very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very nice. The only negative comment would be about their Keurig coffee maker was not working properly and needs replaced.
Otherwise very nice place to stay and great location close to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!
This is a beautiful, historic property and Lonnie and Syresa are friendly and gracious. It is a bit difficult to find but once you get there its fine. The bedroom we had was part of the original 1800s house so insulation is questionable as the temps were low and the rooms cold. They are protective of original wood floors so no shoes is the rule. That was a bit of a pain but understandable.

We do appreciate your staying with us and not quite sure about directions as we are just less than 10 minutes off of Veterans Parkway and seven minutes from Dollywood.
Each of our bedrooms has their own electric heater with the ambience of a wood-burning fireplace. Each room sets their own temperature and our central heat is also turned on
The electric heaters in each room are so that each guest can set the temperature for there own tastes.
Each room is also supplied with additional blankets
We enjoyed the area the bed and breakfast was located. Easy to get to any area. We could hear the Dollywood train, which was neat. The bed we slept on was super comfortable.
Lonnie and Syresa are great people! The first impression you get is peaceful. Very nice and they knows about great places to visit and eat. The place is very clean, quite and calming. Couldn’t have been better! We would definitely come again!
The experience was truly a blessing to us. Stress and Lonnie were the ultimate hosts. They made our weekend a weekend to remember with their hospitality, attention to detail, and a warm inviting property. The landscape is beautiful. The fact that Syresa is a also a professional photographer for hire just put the trip over the top. Our photos turned out just like studio quality. I would highly recommend this location and these hosts. We plan on returning!
Beautiful location, private, historic, yet close to everything. Our room was gorgeous, as was the whole house and property. Hosts were wonderful and so accommodating! Frosty was so friendly and really made my stay fun, loved how he followed us around! Will definitely recommend to others and stay again.
Thank you so much

Why they chose this property
House built in 1884 and sits on 11 beautiful acres at the base of Shields Mtn. One of the first resorts in Sevier County in 1884, people would stay in cabins on the property and reap the benefits of natural springs and cooler summers in this valley. Large cantilever barn is now believed to be the oldest private cantilever barn in Tennessee. Lone Branch Creek winds through the property and fishing on the pond is permitted (catch and release). Have a seat in one of our rockers on the wrap-around porch and stroll the property with beautiful flowers and trees
What makes this property unique
Natural spring water is pure and delicious!
