Secluded Historic Home built in 1884 on 11 acres. Once known lol as Seaton Summer City in the 1890's, it was the first resort in what is now a nationally known vacation destination town. Have a seat on our quiet wrap around porch to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature creekside or lakeside.
2 nights minimum on holidays and the month of October

1 bedroom, 1 private bathroom, only 7 min from Dollywood and 10 min from Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 20 min away. Owners reside in the home

With your stay, we provide a complimentary basic breakfast of fruit and yogurt or muffins with coffee, tea, and juice.
A veranda breakfast is available for $12 per person and the menu includes fresh eggs or omelettes (from our chickens!), bacon or sausage, French Toast, Fresh fruit, Juices, Coffee, and Tea.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know at least one day before check-in.
