This condo features a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and a living room/dining room area with cable television, full-size bath and Jacuzzi tub. You also have access to the resorts indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outdoor hot tub and office center. For your convenience there is a trolley stop at the entrance to the resort. Conveniently located 1 mile from the entrance to Dollywood, 1 mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and less than 9 miles from Gatlinburg. You can leave your car in the covered parking garage and ride the trolley, avoiding the hustle and bustle of traffic and parking. Unit has elevator from garage and luggage carts.

Great place for not super expensive!

We were just down the street from the Island, Dollywood, and more. It was nice to be local! I will say the pools are much smaller than the pictures show. We enjoyed our stay though!

Smoky Mountain Anniversary

Property very nice…very clean and spacious. Helpful hints…was afraid to use oven…appeared to be very old. Lighting was challenging in the living room and bedroom as track lighting was used. Lamps would have been useful in the living room and maybe a ceiling fan with a light in the bedroom, or even lamps in the bedroom. Kitchen chairs could use cushions for aging folks who need a little padding.

Pros: - Great location, close to everything, great views off the front porch. - Loved the two porches/outdoor areas. - The condo itself was huge, spacious, very clean, very comfortable. - The owner was easy to contact and he got back to us quickly if we had questions. Cons: - No Wifi! Really odd for 2022 and very cheap on the owner's part. I know it was not mentioned on the listing, so I guess I should have known? But I really didn't consider that no WiFi would actually occur in a vacation rental. For this day and age, it's a necessity. You need it for restaurant searches, things to do searches, for booking reservations, ordering deliveries, GPS searches, etc. - The listing mentions a trolley that comes to pick you up near the resort entrance, but there was no additional information on this. No schedule posted, no mention that the trolley is NOT free. Would have liked some info on this as customers! We looked and felt rather dumb searching for where the trolley picks you up at, then waiting there for 15 minutes in the hot sun, to then being asked by the trolley driver if we had a wristband. What wristband? No one mentioned a wristband. It's $2.50 per person without this magical wristband, FYI. - The rental itself is full of Christian memorabilia. Pillows, wall hangings, journals. Even the shower curtain had bible phrases all over it. Not a huge deal to us personally (we are agnostic), but I could imagine others may find this uncomfortable or even rude. I feel vacation homes should be very neutral. No need to advertise your religion all over the building. - The owner booked us without clearing it with us first and has a ZERO refund policy, so we were SOL... I had reached out weeks beforehand asking if the owner could accommodate an earlier check-in and a later check-out time. He could not (which is not his fault), but then he booked us anyway without asking if that was alright first. To do this and then offer absolutely NO refunds is just wild to me. We had to change our weekend plans around to accommodate this room and had no choice. We wanted to cancel but then would be out nearly $500. Very frustrating and not a good business model in my eyes.

Wife and I came for a quick trup to visit Dollywood and experience Christmas in the smokies. Condo was perfect and roomy for the 2 of us. Close to everything we wanted to see and do!

Rod Run

Came for the Rod Run, but didn’t want to stay on the strip. This was a nice quiet retreat from all that commotion. Very convenient to LaConte Center and away from the traffic. We found this condo very charming. Much nicer than expected actually. More private than it appears although part of a large complex. Very spacious and open. Lots of room. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Perfect for just the two of us. Easy access parking garage. Handy elevator and luggage cart. Had a cabin feel even though it is a condo. Will definitely stay again if back in PF.
