Single house surrounded by nature, private and welcoming, furnished with taste and attention to detail, ideal for couples or families with small children and pets, who love the spirit of adventure and relaxation. The premises have free WiFi network, audio system with cable or bluetooth connection to listen to your music, Smart TV, access to the premises with badge reader. The house is powered by a photovoltaic system and the heating system is infrared electric with zero CO2 emissions. The accommodation available to guests includes a bathroom with two showers. Also available for free exclusive use sauna and turkish bath. The large garden includes a solarium area with deck chairs and games for children. Respectively 50 meters away there is the wonderful park with a life path immersed in the Fisterre forest and access to the natural path that runs alongside the Ardo stream and leads inside the natural park of the Belluno Dolomites. The historic center of Belluno is just a 10-minute walk from the house.

The perfect end to a Dolomite trek!

Such a neat property and concept! I stayed here after trekking the Dolomites for 10 days and having access to a steam and Sauna in my room was fantastic! The room had everything I needed to unwind and reconnect to the real world! Breakfast was exceptional with fresh pastries, fruit, meat, cheese, yogurt, cappuccino etc! Mirko was a pleasure to meet as well and made everyone feel welcome! I would definitely recommend staying here to relax after an active vacation!
