Spacious professionally decorated 923 square foot 23rd floor condo has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! A 30 foot balcony is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom. Discover the peaceful sound of the waves and the spectacular view of the gulf from this 5 star rated unit.

SAVE MONEY! The bunk room has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. The DOUBLE/TWIN bunk bed sleeps three. The condo is furnished with modern style furniture, which gives it a very unique and upscale look. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops. Six can dine at the glass top dining table and bar. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, two chairs and 55" Smart TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV/DVD and King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has travertine stone tile floor, crown moulding, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bar area on the balcony.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. A first class family resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities. The primary renter is required to be at least 25 years old. Two huge lagoon pools at 4200 square foot each with Tiki bar, a 4300 resort ready fitness center with 'health bar' and spa, sauna, steam room, a 5000 square foot conference center, movie/media center, heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, seven high-speed elevators, game room, convenience store, card room and much, much more!

Tidewater is conveniently located within 1/3 mile to the new 900,000 square foot PIER PARK Shopping Village(over 100 retailers). Pier Park features fantastic restaurants and great shopping. Amazing view that would benefit from Minor upgrades

I really liked the location of the condo. I thought the view was amazing. The balcony was spacious. There was adequate sleeping room. The bed was comfortable. I can see why some people felt like the condo needed a deep clean. However. It wasn’t enough of an issue to pose a big problem. However. The thermostat is a Different story. Our first night there, the thermostat went out. My husband was forced to get up at. 2 AM to go to the local store and attempt to buy batteries to troubleshoot it. We tried the breaker and batteries, without success. On the next morning we contacted the owner. While he was very responsive, my husband found him kinda “off putting.”However I will give him his props for sending a maintenance guy over. I mean honestly I kind of feel like that was just normal “Murphy’s Law type of stuff.” My husband was able to fool with it enough to get it working. However, it did go out again. Overall, my family and I truly enjoyed this property due to its location and view. Honestly, I would definitely consider staying again. As stated by previous vacationers The elevators did pose a small issue as well. The condo was quite and the pool was nice.

Awesome ocean view, great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in PC Beach, Florida. The unit was clean, well maintained, and decorated nicely. The view of the beach and ocean was magnificent. The owner was very pleasant and responsive to our questions. We booked last minute and were lucky to get such an amazing place.

PCB Vacation

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean on property. Pools were equiped with plenty of chairs on both pools. Nice little store on property with Starbucks coffee and it was great! Eleveators worked well with no long wait times. Close to Pier Park was a bonus :)

Wonderful space with an amazing viee

The condo is very lovely and the view is spectacular. The water is so clear. I saw several varieties of marine life from the balcony. Also saw gorgeous sunsets and even a rainbow. Could hear the sound of the waves from the balcony. Max was very responsive; promptly responding to all my inquiries. I look forward to staying here again.

Loved the level of security provided. Staff was friendly. Our condo was awesome & had an amazing view of the ocean.The only downfall was the often long wait for elevators primarily @ check-in/out times each day.

Amazing view! Pullout couch slept well according to my kids and the upper bunk not so much. Loved both patio doors as we spent nearly all the time possible to eat, talk, enjoy quiet time and take in the view.

The condo was great. I would love to stay in it again as long as it was available at a different resort! It was clean and beautiful, with an amazing view off the 23 balcony! But the resort it self needs some serious changes! The elevator waits are just insane. You will spend most of your time waiting to get on the elevator, then you do enjoying other things that truly matter. Max was a great person and the communication was great as well. But sadly I will not be staying at the resort again after this... not until they get the elevator situation under control.

Great place, great views!

Everything was amazing with the condo. The view spectacular, host was easy to communicate with and we even were able to get in a couple hours early. The property itself though has major elevator issues that seem to be an ongoing thing for years according to what other visitors stayed. Considering we were in the 23 floor, it was disappointing to come in and find we had to wait at least fifteen minutes in line just to get on an elevator that was packed to capacity, thank god the ones working didn’t breakdown when we were on it. Sadly this is a deal breaker for me. I can’t return to this resort unless I know all elevators are working at capacity. It is a shame.

Nice condo but….

The condo I stayed in was nice but could tell someone had done a horrible job cleaning it. I did speak with the owner about it and he said that his cleaner was sick and it was a substitute cleaner. The only other problem was the elevators. It actually took us an hour and 30 minutes to get to our condo the day we arrived. The wait was absolutely horrible and being on the 23rd floor made it a challenge just to go to the beach. But overall we did have a good Vacation.

worn out furniture

The property was not impressive. The first night we noticed there were not face towels in either bathroom, the bedroom lining was stained and worn. We headed out and purchased our own lining and towels. I reached out to the property manager, their response was a dismissive one. Saying there were extra towels and lining, but still no face towels and the extra lining was old and badly worn. The tub is dingy or badly stained, their response was the unit had a 5 hour deep clean prior to our arrival. The paper towels run out the first night, the toilet paper run out the second night, there were no extra rolls. We got paper towels from the down stairs restaurant the first night and was told the property manager was to supple everything we needed for our entire stay. We purchased paper towels and toilet paper. The sofa and chair cushions are worn out and gives no support when sitting on them. The iron was stained and dust thru-out the unit. We have pics of everything listed above and the email we received when things were brought to their attention. The property manager made no attempt to follow up and address the concerns, or to provide the things we were missing. But they were already paid so our concerns were our problems. We will not use this service again.

Not clean at all!!

Upon arrival we had to wait for a door code because it was not in the email like owner stated. We walked in to find the condo not clean. Very dissatisfied to have to do laundry to wash sheets at midnight after arrival because sheets were dirty and had hair all over them. Then we proceeded to take a shower and hair was all over the tub and loose hair all in the bathroom floor. There was some type of pill laying in the floor of the walkway to living room which is dangerous in itself Its obvoius the floors had not been swept. Everything was very dusty and not been wiped down good, dishes still full in the dishwasher. The furniture in the living room is dirty and not comfortable at all. We turned one of the pillows over to find vomit or bodily fluid or something all over it. Unfortunately we were quiet disgusted at this point and afraid to touch anything. Terrified that we would take home bed bugs or who knows what else. Owner was sent pictures and contacted and just kept blaming it on a new cleaner they had. I should not have to pay a cleaning fee when i had to clean the condo myself to even feel comfortable staying our length of stay. He said the hair was from the cleaners but noone sheds that much just while cleaning. It was obvious it was from previous guests and lack of cleaning. I never shed that much hair from making up a bed either so all those excuses were irrelevant. Just not a clean place at all!

Awesome view

As with any rental property there were positives and negatives. First off the property was clean and the staff friendly. The elevators were slow but there were 7 to choose from so if there was a line at one you could go to another and access was easy. We have found slow elevators to be the norm in any condo we have stayed at. The view from the condo was great we saw dolphins everyday as well as sharks, sting rays, a sea turtle, and a manatee! It is close to the pier, shops, and restaurants. We liked that there was a walkway over the road to get to the parking garage it made it easier and safer and there was plenty of parking unlike some other places. We also liked that there were 2 pools and that they were on the sides so from the condo you didnt hear any of the noise and if one was busy you can go to the other. The bed in the master was comfortable and the ceiling fan helped keep the room nice and cool. But i wish the room had dark or blackout curtains. We stayed up late several nights but ended up not being able to sleep in long once the sun was up because the bedroom curtians are mostly see through and don't block much light. The kitchen had all the essentials for basic meals but is in need of an update. The pots and pans are scratched inside and out so badly we went to walmart and bought our own to use. The dishes were very scratched and some of the silverware had rust spots so even after i recleaned them they looked dirty. The washer/dryer combo was also missing nobs i know the rental info said not to change the load size so we didn't and had no problems with the washer. But the dryer took 3 or 4 cycles to dry the clothes so after 2 loads we gave up and just took dirty clothes back home with us. There were a few other small things that i wish were fixed or cleaned like the coffee table trim was coming off and behind the bed was dirty but i wouldn't have known that if i didnt drop something back there. Overall the place was nice and worked for what we needed but could use a little updating.

Wow! What a View!!

Spectacular view and a nice, quiet area of the panhandle. The resort was excellent- pools, spa, shopping nearby etc. This condo was very nice. We had a beautiful get away and hope to come back.

We bought this condo as our dream getaway. It is perfectly situated right on the white sand of Emerald Coast with a spectacular view of the beach and turquoise water. Its private balcony is our favorite place to dine watching the sun setting into the sea. It feels like it's far from civilization, but at the same time, it is only a short beach stroll away from a vibrant and entertaining Pier Park Shopping Village where we can find food and fun. Tidewater Beach is also a vacation resort, so we enjoy its amenities and the party atmosphere that we cannot have at home. We have traveled around the world but this is our favorite place to return, again and again...
