Manquements

Dans le frigidaire se trouvait des victuailles ainsi que ds le congélateur ! Les placards étaient plein et nous n’avons pas pu ranger nos victuailles . Aucun rangement pour la chambre du bas et ds la salle de bain pas de place pour poser nos affaires de toilette : tout était déjà occupé par des produits ne nous appartenant pas . Le fer à repasser hors d’état de fonctionnement . Le canapé du haut était taché . Décevant . Dommage, car le chalet est joli .

Ce commentaire est très désobligeant en rapport à la prestation que nous offrons. Ce chalet est avant tout notre maison et elle ne ressemble en rien à un resort. Les quelques victuailles à disposition sont destinées aux usagers, favorisant une arrivée en douceur avec condiments/ café/ moutarde/ lessive/ PQ. Faire une liste publique de tous les "manquements" ne me semble par très constructif et pas très humain sur ce type de plateforme qui se veut familiale. Je suis désolée que cette famille n'ai pas saisi l'état d'esprit de ce lieu.

Nous avons la chance de passer 15 jours dans un magnifique chalet très bien équipé et conçu avec goût. Chaque jour une découverte d’une région très accueillante et riche en baignade. Nous avons aimé être à mi chemin entre la ville et la nature ça permet de varier les plaisirs. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins et la voisine est très sympa 😉. Un super séjour, merci pour votre accueil ! G&family
