Place was ok, away from everything and secluded into a corner. The pool was awesome. I wont stay here again. Only because its away from all the bars, restaurants ect...

40th Birthday just for us!

I very much liked the up to date e-mails from management. Been on the first floor was very, very accommodating to be in & out without the wait for the elevator. The condominium was all in order and supplied with your home every day needs. It will definitely be a must stay again for the future!

Incorrect Description of Condo

No bedroom as advertised on website. Bed and couches were old and completely worn out. No one in my group got a decent night's sleep.

Property is misrepresented and any of their amenities messed up they don’t fix.

We checked in and the amount of people with pets that “weren’t allowed per listing” A/C filter was almost black. Pool guy makes you very uncomfortable around our 15-17 yr old daughters and doesn’t enforce any rule except to ask for your bracelet. Washer broke and sprayed water all over the condo used the one towel per guest they give only to find out the dryer doesn’t work either. So no showers because the towels they left were used to clean their malfunction. Was told they’d get to it in the morning via text and to take my stuff and pay to wash a dry didn’t matter I paid for a condo with a washer and dryer. Would not come fix then wouldn’t give new towels either. Next morning nothing no one came. TV remotes don’t work was unable to change TV from Dr pimple popper the whole stay. They couldn’t come fix that either. Was told when I called upset they’d turn my concerns into the HOA and it would take 7-10 days to get a work order going to fix remotes and washer dryer situation and towed situation……..after we would already be gone.
