This beautiful gem of a home sits in the middle of a tranquil, upscale neighborhood, a pleasingly placid area tucked away from general island traffic but still close enough to shops, restaurants, nightlife, recreational facilities, tourist attractions and, of course, the ocean. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled holiday (or a little bit of both), this property has everything you need for immersing yourself in the coastal culture. Your cottage comes with whimsical touches of maritime living that say this is a real beach house, such as the vintage oar and sailboat miniatures hanging on the walls, plus the antique diving helmet showcased in one of the bedrooms. This comfy, air- conditioned retreat is more than spacious enough for six occupants, and the all-white inside paint job, coupled with the interior windows connecting the living room and the bonus family room, adds to the overall sense of airiness that only encourages one to unwind and relax.

There’s a lot of counter space in the kitchen, which has a pass-through breakfast bar. Everything you need for concocting culinary delights is here, including a 5-burner gas range with a center oval burner and an oven, plus a full-sized Whirlpool fridge. Also provided are a microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig brewer, and tea kettle. All the requisite bakeware, cooking utensils, plates, drinkware and cutlery are in their place. The kitchen also comes with a deep double sink and a dishwasher. Every bedroom has a closet. Full bathroom in the hallway, while the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with step-in shower. The screened-in back porch sports a wall-mounted counter for holding food and drink. Out back, there is plenty of lounge furniture on the tabby-surfaced pool deck, making it the ideal spot for your morning coffee, afternoon sunning or moonlit al fresco dining. A barbecue grill also is at your service. The circular, gravel driveway out front has room for at least three cars.
