About this property

This is a modern house, with rustic touches, situated on one of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches. The playa de Muro was recently voted one of the best beaches in Spain. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area, with Sat. TV (German only), and a log burning fireplace. The large sliding doors open out onto the terrace, the garden and, just a few metres beyond that, to the the beach. The well equipped modern kitchen has all amenities, and for al fresco dining there is a BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a double with en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms and also a shower room.
An enclosed spiral staircase leads up to the double bedroom, with a toilet. There is air conditioning upstairs. This is the perfect villa for those wishing to enjoy a beach holiday.
This property is open for reservations all year and includes central heating in the colder months.

Erholsame Ferien auf Mallorca

Die Lage vom vom Haus ist einfach perfekt, wir wahren jetzt zum zweiten mal da und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder versuchen dieses Haus zu Buchen Gut wäre ein Tresor im Haus Die Eingangs Tür lässt sich nur schwer öffnen, wir sind am ersten Tag fast nicht ins Haus gekommen

Preis/Leistung schlecht

Super Lage, Garten mit Zugang zum Strand. Das war aber das einzige was hervorragend war. Schon zu Beginn nicht sauber: Spinnweben, Ameisenstraßen in mehreren Zimmern (man musste alle 2 Tage sprühen). Nur 1 der 4 Schlafzimmer hat einen Kleiderschrank, ansonsten auch kein Stauraum (vorhandene Kommode war bereits komplett voll, in der Küche kaum Platz für Lebensmittel), kein Bad hat Handtuchhalter, 2 Lampen funktionierten nicht, Toaster und Mülleimer kaputt. In 14 Tagen 3x Probleme mit Wasser (4h kein fließendes Wasser, stundenlang kein warmes Wasser etc). Mitten auf der Terrasse draußen großer kaputter Abwasserschacht Insgesamt für das gebotene viel, viel zu teuer und für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen! Viele Mücken, dafür kann das Haus natürlich nichts…

unschlagbare Lage

Wir fahren seit drei Jahren im Sommer ins Haus. Die Lage ist extrem genial, direkt am Strand und mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung an sich ist ok, der Grill nicht gerade sauber und ungünstig platziert. Bettwäsche wurde bei uns nicht gewechselt. Der Blick von der Terrasse entschädigt . :)

Wir kommen immer gern wieder!

Wir waren nun zum 4. Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und geniessen unseren Aufenthalt dort jedes mal wieder sehr. Die Lage ist traumhaft und ein super Ausgangspunkt für weitere Erkundungen im Norden der insel.
