This spacious duplex apartment with breathtaking sea views is located on the north of the island in Port d'Alcudia (Puerto de Alcudia) and is just 100 meters from the nice sandy beach.
The living area of 94sqm has two bedrooms (one very large with plenty of room for additional bed and / or cot) and two bathrooms en suite.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living / dining room with direct access to the terrace which offers fantastic views over the bay of Alcudia, open sea and the mountains.
In the complex there is also a garden and a swimming pool with views of the lake Lago Esperanza. The Restaurante, Beach bars and shops are within easy reach at foot.
