**Heritage 2256**

This 2 bedroom townhouse is the perfect choice for
guests who enjoy Golf, Tennis & all of the various
amenities that Sea Pines has to offer. This updated villa
offers a King in the master and a Queen and Twin in
the 2nd bedroom. Overlooking a lagoon, with a peaceful
setting where you can watch the different birds of the
Island. Guests have unlimited access to the Sea Pines
Beach Club via the Sea Pines Trolley in the summer
time. In off seasons, you can drive to the beach and
park. There is a large complex pool on site. Free WiFi.

Great location within Sea Pines! We loved riding bikes to Harbor Town and around the island. The townhouse was comfortable and suited our needs well - my only complaint is that it could have been cleaner.

Perfect vacation home. Very comfortable and serene neighborhood. Everything that you need in a home far away from you home. It is located aa it should be and loved the community. My family including my kids and parents...we all loved it. The property is well kept and nicely maintained. Loved it!

Nice, basic condo

The condo has all the fundamentals and the first floor is nicely updated. The one negative was the bedding: the mattress and pillows were low-budget and uncomfortable.

Hilton Head Condo

I found the villa through VRBO and thought it would be perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends. Reserving the unit was easy and we received a professional-looking welcome packet with two Sea Pines passes within a week of reservation. When we arrived in Hilton Head and went to the villa, we found another couple already there. (The villa we went to was specified on our Sea Pines pass.) I double checked the packet again and saw a different number on the check-in sheet. We went to the other villa, but our door code didn't work. I called the host using the after hours number and got a code. After getting into the unit, I double checked my original VRBO reservation and saw the interior didn't match what I'd reserved. I called the host again to verify we were in the right place. She informed me that the owners of the reserved villa had decided to use it and so she moved us to another one. We were never contacted about this change. I would have appreciated being informed of this BEFORE the trip. There were other rentals we were interested in. The unit we were moved to was alright, but was not as nice as what I originally reserved. The door code we were provided worked on the owner's unit door. This makes a very awkward situation and is a serious security issue. The hosting company should NEVER have allowed that to happen. Overall, we were disappointed in the accommodations for with this trip. The hosting company has a no-refund policy and I purchased trip insurance to be safe given the uncertainty of COVID, etc. It did not occur to me that my original reservation would be changed without my being notified.

Parent getaway post Covid era.

The location was great. Easy walk/ bike to harbor town. It's a 14 minute bike ride to the beach club so prepare to have a chariot or something to help you drag stuff if you opt for biking. Quick access to the front gate for when you do need to get out to Publix or any other errands or restaurants ( this comes in handy during peak season traffic). The decor is typical of Hilton Head rentals at this price range. It's simple, tasteful and wear and tear ready and it's comfortably updated where it matters. Loved the washer and dryer right off the outdoor entrance for keeping up with musty beach towels. Nice size patio out back for dinners or sipping an evening libation. It was just me and my husband this go-round but could easily see my three busy boys comfortably sharing the second bedroom/ bathroom and communal family space.

Good property and location. Needs more silverware. Rugs right inside front entry are very slippery so are dangerous. We put them in a closet for the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family getaway! The villa was clean and roomy enough for our family of 5 (with two teenagers). We rented bikes, and with the exception of eating out of sea pines and two trips to the grocery, we rode everywhere. Convenient to Harbour Town and only about 15 minutes by bike to the beach club. We rode to South Beach, a little longer for the parents, but still very doable. Any questions we had were answered right away. Would definitely recommend.
