This one bedroom, one bath condo has pergo flooring throughout. The living room features a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, faux fireplace, and sliding doors to the covered deck with an amazing lakefront view!
The bedroom features a king sized bed, sliding glass door to the private deck overlooking the water. The stacked washer dryer closet is built into the bedroom next to the hallway leading to the bathroom. The bathroom features a brand new raised vanity. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. A separate bar area provides seating for 4. Located at Hawks Nest Condominiums near the Grand Glaize Bridge in a quiet cove. A completely covered private deck with patio furniture. The view from the deck is extraordinary! Bring your family and friends to the lake and ENJOY!!! We have other units in this complex, close to each other. Renting both would be ideal for large families or couples vacationing together. Want to be in the center of it all, on and off the water?
