Separate Entrance, Private New Suite + Bath+ Patio
The entire house was newly renovated in 2019.
Modern, high end suite in a safe, peaceful, park setting. Bright and airy with all-new decor, 375 sq ft with 10-ft ceilings and hardwood oak floors. Private side access via French doors to a private large patio (350 sq ft) with sofa bed and a 3 piece lounge set with views of redwoods and mountains.
Brand-new in-suite bathroom with dual-vanity sink, luxurious shower and heated radiant floors.
King bed, desk, Wi-Fi , TV, huge walk-in closet, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, safe, etc.
Driveway parking.
Utilities are included. Room cleaning service twice a month provided via professional cleaning maids. During COVID 19, we are sorry that we cannot share the rest of the main house with our guests, including the main kitchen and living room. However, the guest suite has its own refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, safe, etc. for you to use privately.
