Loue charmante maison atypique, meublée de 146 m², située à 24 km d'Aix en Provence, 23 km de Lourmarin (Luberon) et 18km de Salon de Provence, sur la commune de Lambesc, à 400 m de la mairie, du marché et arrêt de bus. Terrain de 1100m² avec piscine (7m x 3,5m x1,5m) . La maison est atypique et très agréable à vivre. Vous naviguez sur plusieurs niveaux. Une grande terrasse dallée à l'abri d'une tonnelle et de sa vigne vierge ouvert sur le jardin est le lieu idéal pour se détendre, discuter, tout en regardant jouer les enfants dans la piscine ou au ping-pong. La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée et ouverte sur la terrasse et le jardin. Vous pouvez également utiliser le barbecue au gaz Weber installé à l'ombre d'un grand acacia. Une salle à manger accueille jusqu'à 8 personnes et s'ouvre également sur le jardin et la piscine. Au niveau des espaces nuits : 1 suite parentale climatisée avec lit double 160 x 200cm ouvrant sur la terrasse et le jardin + salle d'eau et WC, 1 chambre avec un lit double 140X200 cm, 1 chambre double avec 2 lits 1 de 140x190cm et 1 de 90X190cm. Dans la tour, 1 mezzanine avec un lit futon de 140x190cm.

The house is beautiful, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool was quite cold but we got used to it and was glad as the temperature rose during the week. I would definitely recommend staying here, the town and surrounding area is very nice and it’s within easy reach of the sea.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt – perfekt für zwei Familien!

Wir hatten das große Glück, eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Lambesc zu verbringen – mit zwei Familien, insgesamt 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 4 Jugendliche). Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen!Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und bietet reichlich Platz für alle. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und liebevoll ausgestattet – jedes mit Ventilator oder Klimaanlage, sodass auch in heißen Nächten für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt war. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum: ein herrlicher Garten mit schattigen Plätzen, viel Grün und ein wunderschöner Pool, der täglich genutzt wurde. Hier konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, spielen, essen und den Tag gemeinsam ausklingen lassen. Auch die überdachte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch war ideal für unsere gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten.Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral – das charmante Dorf Lambesc mit Bäcker, Cafés und Markt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos, der Empfang herzlich und unkompliziert.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen – es ist perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen, die Provence-Flair, Komfort und Ruhe suchen. Genieten van de rust en ruimte

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Lambesc. Zeer warm onthaal door Sylvie. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep perfect. Alles was aanwezig! Netjes, zeer ruim, zowel binnen als buiten, aangenaam met privé zwembad, zeker aan te raden!!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Bernard et Delphine. Tout s'est bien passé, du check-in avec la femme de ménage jusqu'à notre départ. La maison est agréable à vivre, le cuisine pratique, la terrasse, le jardin et la piscine sont bien entretenus. La localisation est pratique et calme. Nous recommandons!

Wunderschöne Oase

Ein Traumhaus, super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles (!) von höchster Qualität, komplett ausgestatte Küche. Herrlicher Essplatz für acht Personen unter schönem Baum, gemütlicher Loungebereich im Schatten eines Dachs aus Weinreben. Großer wunderschöner Garten, ruhige Lage am Rande des sehr schönen Städtchens, 200 m weiter die Straße raus beginnen die Weinfelder. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Bilder geben einen sehr guten Eindruck, in Realität fanden wir alles sogar noch schöner!!! Eine Klimaanlage gibt es im großen Schlafzimmer und im Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss. Wir brauchten sie gar nicht, weil sich das Esszimmer dank großer Schiebtüren wunderbar durchlüften lässt. Die drei Schlafzimmer (ensuite) in der unteren Etage und im Turm haben keine Klimaanlage (dafür Ventiltoren). Das war für uns total okay, ist aber für manchen vielleicht eine hilfreiche Info. Bertrand ist ein super netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir in seinem Haus verbleiben durften.
