Fabulous and Magnificent!

Very convenient location. We hired a driver to take us to Charleston and enjoyed a horse drawn carriage ride, shopping thru the Market, visiting The Civil War Museum and having a wonderful seafood lunch. We spent lots of hours on the beach and in the pool. We enjoyed the bands playing right beside us 4 evenings during our weekly stay.

Perfect!

Our family had a great week in IOP, this is our second time staying at this location but on the first floor this time. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach and local restaurants with live music. Rarely did we need to use our car with everything right at our fingertips!

OUTSTANDING!!!

We couldn't have loved it more! It was the perfect location. It was one of 3 on the man level that had steps leading straight to the pool and beach, it was like having our own house on the beach! So nice to get up and walk straight out to the beach without traveling down several flights and a parking lot like larger complexes. There was a concert almost every night at the Windjammer, including a sold out well-known artist and we had front row seats from our porch! We could literally walk out of our place and be at shops and restaurants in minutes. I love IOP because it's not so commercialized and not as busy. The condo was so clean, beds were very comfortable. The master shower was awesome. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the management team was amazing and responsive. Every day there were guys on the property checking the gates, spraying weeds, cleaning the pool, cleaning the grill. It was very well maintained. We will be coming back for sure! You won't regret this condo or this location!

Position A. Right in the middle of all the action and steps to the sand. Condo is clean and roomy. I give it a 10 out of 10. Definitely would stay here again

Great property

We had a great time staying at Amy’s place. It was just exactly as listed. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful access to beach and pool. Walking distance to so many restaurants. We loved the live music next door. We had great seats for the show on our patio. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The property was the ideal size for our family of 4. The views were incredible and it was fun being able to hear the live music next door. The location is great, with all the fun restaurants right there to enjoy (Papi’s twice, piña coladas at Coconut Joe’s a few times, and Acme Low Country Kitchen 3 times!). Despite the unseasonably cold/overcast/windy/rainy weather, we tried to make the most of our stay. The beach access is incredible and we would definitely stay again (hopefully with warmer weather)!

Great Girls trip

This condo is PERFECT! The patio overlooks the pool and beach. So close to bars and restaurants but it is QUIET!! I'll be back for sure. Only tip...If you're driving, take a cooler. They have plenty of chairs...just need the cooler!!

Mommas day getaway

Asked wife and kids to meet me in isle of palms at this property id found and it was great! Had pool to ourselves and could throw a rock from porch to beach. Plenty of room for everyone. 2&6 yr old had a ball and 18 yr old, wife and myself enjoyed privacy and proximity to everything. Hope its available next time we're craving the beach!

Paradise!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It's located right next to the downtown area, which means you'll have access to many restaurants and a few coffee shops. As you can see from the pictures, the condo has a big balcony - we ate dinner at the table almost every night and could even watch dolphins. The condo is beautifully decorated. As a family of 4, we had tons of room to spread out. I highly recommend this place!

Paradise under construction.

We loved the condo. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was they were replacing all of the hand railing in the building. The workers used our deck for one day and had all their tools, coats and drinks on our deck and table. I They were also painting all the wrought iron fencing around the pool and front gate, while we were there. We were not notified before our visit of all the maintenance that would be going on. There was a letter posted in the elevator with dates of all maintenance.

Enjoy this area. Bummer that the Windjammer Bar & Grill put up a large canopy tent (no control of #101 condo). Blocks that wonderful view of the full beach and the sunrise. Not a big fan of taking a vacation, to discover I still have to do some housework at a rental....(I think this is becoming the normal, unless you stay at a hotel?). If not for those minor items... I'd give this unit a 5 star.

Fantastic condo!

The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The property managers were kind and extremely attentive. Well appointed and a fantastic view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. My only caution is for those traveling with young ones who still take naps or go to bed early…the bar next door hosts concerts….hours and hours of very very loud music. The sounds test process started around 3pm (sadly is was death metal and was beyond awful) and lasted until the concert at night. All can be heard clearly inside with all doors closed. The concert was so loud, even a movie or tv cannot be watched inside the condo. All is over by 10 or 11 depending on the day of the week. It was no problem for our crew but traveling with young ones would be a totally different story. If you love live music, you can see the concert clearly and feel like you are getting a front row experience with the comforts of your own space!

Mixed Feelings

The condo was very convenient and nicely decorated. However we were most disappointed when our entry code would not work, then our refrigerator stopped working. Luckily my husband threw the breaker and got it started again. Then the next day as it gob warmer we noticed the AC was not working. We tried changing the filter and restarting it, but that did not work. Our last afternoon and evening there were most uncomfortable. You do not need to show this on your site. I just wanted to let you know that the maintenance crew needs to keep a closer look on the place.

Beautiful Inside and Out

This rental is part of a gated condo community that shares a pool and gas grill. It is newly renovated with modern, fun decor and everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. I appreciated that it came with enough hand soap to get us through out almost two week stay and that the towels were fluffy and plentiful. The bedrooms are big, the Internet was great (and we were working/distance learning) and the unit has a dedicated room with a washer and dryer that also doubled as a storage area for all the stuff we traveled with! It does not come with anything for the beach or pool (although at the end of our stay, pool chairs were put out) but seems like you could rent- I would have preferred a few beach towels be provided then go through that hassle. Management addressed any issues that came about for us quickly and efficiently. The house is open concept so you can see the beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen and living room (and the same view from the master bedroom is such a relaxing way to wake up). The expansive beach has surfers, tons of dogs, and so many beautiful shells. We walked 4 miles and could have gone further. People, including neighbors, were respectful of distance during this scary-covid time. The Windjammer is literally next door with an open patio, outdoor picnic tables and large music venue which this unit's patio overlooks and it was fun to watch the live concert from our own patio! Many people eat lunch there during the day and hang out there at night so if you are looking for privacy or quiet, this isn't the place. You can hear the bass from the house as well as neighbors walking above you and to the side although management mentioned something about soundproofing so that could be addressed. The neighborhood is great to run around, there are super close restaurants, coffee, and ice-cream! We had a great time!
