Amazing stay & location

My family and I stayed for one week and we had an absolute blast. The pool and beach access were amazing! The location is perfect for biking, eating, shopping, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Fantastic location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love being close to the pool for my husband who has mobility issues and the zero entry is an added bonus. I also love that this location is within walking distance to Coligny where there is a coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream, fudge, and many other cute shops.

Luster Has Been Removed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the only time I can say I was disappointed with our unit and stay at Shorewood. Normally my wife and I are blown away with the how clean the unit is but not this time. When we walked in, we found a rag on the kitchen counter, no big deal, but the large amount of mold I found on the air conditioning vents in the living room was a big deal, I have pictures to prove it. We also found cigarette butts all over the patio and lawn area right outside the unit, the place just was not in the condition we are used to from unit 220. As for overall I was shocked by the things that occurred on this visit that never used to happen at Shorewood. Guests hung towels and swim trunks from the balconies to dry, guests brought glass drinkware and glass bottles to the pool, several individuals that were not staying at Shorewood snuck into the pool and got heavily intoxicated on Saturday. When asked we were told by one of them that they knew all of the codes to get on the property and they were going to have a staycation at the pool. I felt like I was in Myrtle Beach and not Hilton Head. My wife and I have been coming to Shorewood for the last 15 years and we always love our stay but after this one we are discussing going to another location on the island.
