Welcome to 1 Ocean Club! Located just steps from the splashy pool and the ocean waves, this 2BR/2BA villa comfortably accommodates a party of 6 and is perfect for enjoying Hilton Head Island and all it has to offer.

Designed with your enjoyment and comfort in mind, 1 Ocean Club offers a bright, open living area, dining area with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, patio with gas grill, primary bedroom with king bed and full bath, and guest bedroom with two double beds and full bath. Strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.

Speaking of island adventures, you will find conveniently located amenities within a short walk or bike ride, such as Coligny Plaza filled with pubs, restaurants, shopping and other activities. Hilton Head Island has world-famous bike trails, 12 miles of pristine beaches, great golf courses, and is just one hour from Savannah and Charleston if a day-trip is on your agenda.

After a day of exploring the island and enjoying the beach, you have a lovely villa to retreat to for relaxation, perhaps a game or movie night or midnight supper before settling into your comfy bed for a restful night's sleep. Clean condo has all you need for vacation. Exceptional location and amenities - right on the beach, a pool for those who prefer it, even a grill and area to sit outside. Management team was excellent with quick response to resolve a minor issue we had. Would stay here again anytime.

This property is in a great location. Walkable, close to the beach, shops, Coligny Beach to make a few. The condo was clean and had everything needed for a 3 week stay. Parking was secure and communication with the property manager was very good.

Ideal location and great villa made for a perfect vacation

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The beach is just outside the doors and the pool was great for when we wanted to let the little ones play in the water but wanted some shade. We were walking distance from a great park for the kids and great options for food and entertainment. We can't recommend this highly enough.

We loved this place!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo and its location! We walked to Cligny plaza every day. It was so easy for us and our two toddlers! It was took cold for them to swim in the pool but we’ll definitely be back!

Home away from Home

We’ve been visiting HHI since 2006! Absolutely love it there-the beaches, restaurants, everything pretty much in walking distance. Ocean Club 1 was beautiful-we’ve stayed at Ocean Club for a few years now-this home for the week was lovely and so convenient to the beach and pool.

We loved the condo! It's right near the beach. Just walk down the path and there is the ocean. The pool is steps from the patio. All around lovely. Would stay here again

Awesome proximity to beach and nicely updated. A few issues with WiFi and television operation but management responded immediately. Thank you for accommodating my family and my service animal in training.

Wonderful time

Very relaxing stay and just what we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and pool was right out our door. The little extras, popcorn, can cozies, and canvas beach bag were very appreciated. Beach chairs should probably be replaced. We will book again.

A great villa in a perfect location

We have been at Hilton Head several times and have rented similar villas before. This one is among the best we have seen. Everything was functional, the villa was clean and quiet. The location is great, directly at the beach, but not in the thickest crowd. There is still some room to breed. We enjoyed the stay and would like to come back. I can highly recommand this villa.

Location and condo was wonderful

Everything in listing was 100% accurate. We loved the location of this unit. The proximity to the pool, ocean, and restaurants was perfect. We rented bikes from across the street which made it the perfect transportation to and from the shops and restaurants at Coligny Beach Park. Kristen at host2coast was exceptionally friendly and efficient with our every need. Can’t wait to return in the fall.
