About this property

Casual Sophistication

Located in a beautifully landscaped, serene, neighborhood in a natural setting, yet just several miles from busy Princeton University, private schools and the Route 1 commercial corridor.

Park House exudes a happy, upbeat vibe. Comprehensive facilities make the home more like a relaxing luxury resort than a home.

High ceilings, abundant natural light gives Park House a sunny disposition. (Cheesy pun, but true.)

Understated elegance through subtle use of rich materials and finishes. Example, flooring: 4,000 SF of long plank, wide plank Santos Mahogany and 3,000 SF designer floating cork tiles and travertine and granite bathroom floors and walls.

Organic textures, materials, colors and furnishings give a sense of warmth, comfort and a connection with nature.

Hi, I'm Matt the Manager!

The owner is a close friend. I help care for guests at Park House and his beach house since it's akin to the family business: Residential and commercial real estate development and management. I use to be an avid surfer, but I'm a new Dad and now I'm an avid diaper changer. But enough about me.

As to the owner: He's a private person, I can at least say that he is a university based Senior Research Scholar involved in applied decision analysis integrated with technology R&D invention and licensing while based at Harvard, Stanford, Oxford. He was also a U.S. Marine Corps Officer and other experiences. Leaving all that aside, he's fun and we have a blast when he's at the beach. Note: I am the better surfer. Correction: I was the better surfer.

Something both significant and unique about Park House that you won't find in the photos and floor plan description. We provide more than just a house rental: We provide concierge level personal assistance, helping assure a hassle free, relaxing, happy experience. No extra charge.

My enthusiasm for Park House: It's just an amazing bit of architectural and designer artful functional innovation and something is always going on with upgrades and new decor. So it's exciting and interesting for me.
