This beautiful, tastefully updated home will be perfect for your group's time in Providence. The house includes:

- Kitchen: Features a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-Cup coffee machine and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels.

- Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms in the house with 3 beds total that can accommodate 6 adults. Every bedroom features unique furniture and decor and has a premium mattress with luxurious bedding.

Bedroom 1: Full-size bed and closet.
Bedroom 2: Full-size bed and closet.
Bedroom 3: Full-size bed.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with a shower

WiFi: We have high-speed signal throughout the house.

- Parking: We provide 1 free off-street parking space, as well as unlimited free street parking.

You'll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room.

Fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival. Additionally, toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided free of charge.

You'll be staying in the historic Olneyville / Federal Hill area of Providence. We're a bit biased, but we think it's one of the neatest places to spend a few days in Providence in.

You're a short walk away from a ton of awesome coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in Federal Hill. One of our favorite restaurants / bars - TROOP - is just a 4 minute walk from the house. And make sure to walk over to the Olneyville New York System Restaurant for some of the most special weiners in town, along with a fun environment that hasn't changed in decades.

Lastly, downtown is just a 5-minute drive away. It's easy to get there, as well as to the train station, airport or anywhere in Providence within minutes.

Guests must check-out by 11:00am on the departure day established in their reservation.

We welcome pets but check with us first for approval. A small fee may apply.

Not fit for families

Neighborhood did not feel safe. Train track across the street and heavy traffic noise. No televisions, no iron or ironing board. Left after one night and got a hotel. Stairs to the third floor can’t be up to code. Signs and rules posted everywhere. Feels like a halfway house not a VRBO.

Good enough for short term stay

The good: was clean and relatively organized and cute little rooms that were just the right size for a bed and a desk and a small closet and a chair. Bathroom was a good size with good hot water and fairly good pressure. All major appliances like the stove and fridge worked great. Needs improvement: AC was struggling but our rooms were decent. Living room, kitchen, halways and bathroom, maintained 85 degrees during the day no matter what you set the small window AC on. It was just not keeping up. No TV anywhere so that was a bummer. Thank God I had my phone for entertainment. No wash cloths just a set of hand towels and bath towels. Must be a RI thing. Im use to a wash cloth. I simply used the hand towel as an oversized wash cloth. I survived. Is what it is: the steep winding staircase was kind of challenging for my family. But it is what it is and I do not see how it could be improved upon short of adding an elevator. The Keurig Coffee maker needed a water filter so I boiled the Coffee from the pods and made a perfect cup. Just needs to go on Amazon and buy a filter. The noise from the trains and neighbors below us and passing cars was noticeable but tolerate for a few days we were there. The bottleneck to the rear driveway was really tight. I have a Mazda CX-5 and I had to fold my mirrors in just to get through. The chain link fence brushed the passenger side rror while fully extended that left a minor mark that I was able to buff out . Tahoe's, Hummers wont fit.

Warning about "Off Street Parking"

The off street parking advertised by the property owner works for sedans and small SUVs only. We learned this information on check in - when we couldn't cancel our reservation. We have a minivan and were not comfortable parking on the streets near the house - the house overlooks railroad tracks and busy streets/highway and is next to a business with a barbed wire fence. We ended up at a hotel. The property owner refused to refund any of our fees.

Nos ha parecido amplio y acogedor para un grupo de 6 personas. Lo hemos encontrado limpio y organizado. La única pega que hemos encontrado es la lejanía del centro de la ciudad. Por lo demás tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Providence.

I (Susan) am originally from China and have been living in the US for nearly 8 years, having originally moved here for grad school and then ending up working as a digital marketer. My husband, Boris, is a startup founder who runs his own electric bike company.

I'm a huge photography buff - many of the photos you'll see in our house are the ones done by us in our travels.

We both love to travel ourselves and try to stay at Airbnb wherever we go. Over the last few years, we've traveled together to Africa, Cuba, Iceland, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia - as much as possible we love to incorporate travel in our lifestyle. Actually, in 2018, we've realized one of our biggest dreams - having done a 20,000 mile overland journey from US to Argentina by car. On the long-distance journey, we've stayed in many Airbnbs who have become the highlights for us.

We wanted to share our house with guests as a way to pay back the incredible hospitality and experiences we've encountered ourselves during our travels. We know what it's like to come to a new place for the first time and our goal is to provide you with a wonderful, cozy and unique place to stay and advice and feedback that you would expect from a friend.

We can't wait to meet you and host you!
