Quaint 4 bedroom, 1 bath cottage steps to view of the ocean and walking 5 parcels to beach. Biking and running friendl community. Family oriented community. Nice screened in porch. Great enclosed provate outdoor shower. Tennis courts and horseshoe pits around the corner. Local sundry store just down the road where you can - grab a coffee, ice cream and/or small necessities. Store is the daily gathering spots for kids activities - scavenger hunts, crabbing contests, and talent shoes. SUP and kayak rentals one block away.
