Seabreeze Jazz Festival

Great short stay. Awesome place. Mo problems at all. I love the modernization of the place. The owner was so nice and very responsive and prompt. Would definitely stay again when in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Great place to stay

Absolutely beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. The golf cart was perfect for going to and from the beach. The beach access location is great too because it’s not as crowded, even with it being memorial weekend. Our kids had a blast and can’t wait to go back!

Lovely vacation home near the beach!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was an amazing house! The house was exactly as pictured. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. Everything was close and easy to get to. It fit our family of 7 perfectly! We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Beautiful vacation home!!

We had 9 people stay for a week and this home was beautiful and in a wonderful location. It was clean and spacious. The golf cart was a game changer and made beach days and getting around a breeze. Our only complaint was not enough trash bags for the kitchen or toilet paper. Overall we LOVED this place.

Sweet spot!

We loved our stay and location! The listing was slightly misleading—it said it had kids toys, but there were not any! It said hot tub, but no hot tub! Regardless, we had a blast. We had big issues with WiFi not working and electrical kept going in and out. They were VERY responsive, but we were frustrated! All that being said, we would book again! Seems like a great spot and great house.

The house and area were great

It was a short walk to a beach entrance. There was a golf cart to rent and that was great to do and your the area. Not to far down is a little grocery story with the best wine selection I’ve seen, they also had great prepared food. The only downfall was the water issue. The pressure in the kitchen was almost not existent and there was a day we lost water all together (this was due to work being done and not the home itself) but all in all I’d definitely rent this house again.

This house for me and my family was a 3 stars, because it was really close to the beach, it was nice and very spacious, but we had many issue’s with downstairs Ac since the first night it was no cooling, my cousin had to sleep with hers husband and hers kid (3year old, and a 5 year old) literally babys, and the temperature in the bedroom was over 80! summertime at the beach 😖 We called them to report, the administrator of the house aevery time she said that someone gonna fix it , the person came to looked to twice but unfortunately he did not Fix anything . Finally the last night the Ac never work, In the downstairs area, (bedroom, kitchen and living room)Also grill was not cleaned.

Great family house

We loved this house!! It was close to everything and in the quieter part of Panama City. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We had alot of space to be around in the house and that was nice.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this home! Beautifully decorated with all amenities. Great, convenient location. Plus the property manager was very responsive and pleasant! We will choose this property again! And the golf cart is a must!

Perfect Property

We had two families getting together for the first time after marriage of son/daughter. We all had plenty of space for privacy, nice large kitchen, family room and dining room. The Go Cart made beach trip very easy. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again!

THIS PROPERTY WOULD BE 5 STARS!!!

The location was great (literally 2 blocks from the beach/a 5 minute walk). The house was very nice (minus some cosmetic damage that we saw upon arrival but I’ll get to that). The living room had a very comfortable sofa, loveseat, and rocker. The dining room had a huge table that could seat 10-12 people. The kitchen had nice countertops & plenty of cabinet space. There is a full master suite on the lower level & a half bath & laundry room. A sitting area, another master suite and 2 bedrooms that shared a Jack/Jill bathroom upstairs. There was an upper level balcony that you could access off of the 2 front bedrooms. The backyard had a patio table & grill. There’s also a shower on the side of the house to rinse off with. Again a very nice property. The reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is because of an issue with communication from the property manager and/or owner. When we entered the residence we noticed a small hole in one wall & damage along another wall, both in the dining room. The damage looked like it could have been caused by the dining room chairs constantly hitting up against the wall. Nonetheless, not wanting to be held responsible for the damage, I took pictures & replied to the welcome email they sent, letting them know that the damage was there prior to our arrival, expecting a response of acknowledgement. This was Tues. By Thurs I still hadn’t received a response so I called the number that they provided in the welcome email. The phone rang & rang with no option to leave a message so I forwarded my original email to the email address that was also provided in the welcome email, letting them know that I never received a response to my initial email, that I tried calling with no answer & to please acknowledge receipt. By check out Sat I still had not received a response from ANYONE. I am very big on communication esp if it’s with someone I spent money with. An acknowledgement of receiving the communication is the bare minimum they could have done. Minus 1 star. Also the grill was not cleaned so we couldn’t use it. Minus 1 star. The pantry was locked so there was no access. They only had salt/pepper, 1 extra trash bag/roll of paper towels, which was minimal considering we had 8 ppl staying for 4 days. And no beach chairs for use which were always available in my previous “beachhouse” rentals. Just an FYI. This didn’t factor into my rating. I’d rent a similar property in the same area again, just not w/this property group.

Really nice place

This worked perfectly for our family group of 8 (3 couples and 2 kids). The kitchen had the basics, but a k-cup coffee maker instead of a pot coffee maker. Don't be fooled, fridge water dispenser is inside the left door. There's both a shower and a hose on the side of the house to rinse the sand off before you go in. The garage is locked to store the golf cart, which was super handy and affordable. Access to the pantry would have been nice, but not the end of the world. Driveway is long enough to fit 3 vehicles. Beds were very comfortable. Bring your own hangers. Both owner and house cleaner (and maybe manager) were very communicative and easy to work with.

The perfect ladies trip!!!

The property was beautiful! The location was perfect! We payed extra for the golf cart and it was well worth every penny. We have decided this will be an annual trip! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was pristine and very spacious, high ceilings, large rooms, bright, open spaces. The house was very nice and had everything you would want or need for a relaxing beach vacation. Yard is gated with an outside shower. Perfect for a family or friend vacation!

Great location. Nice house.

The house was nice and newly constructed. The furniture was updated, new and decorated with a beachy vibe. There was a master bed/bath on ground level which was nice for my senior aged mother. The layout was perfect for families. There were plenty of towels for each bathroom and laundry baskets in each room. The deck furniture was nice. We enjoyed our coffee on the front decks or back deck most mornings. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the public beach access point. The street was mostly quiet except for a barking dog across the street that likes to wake up and bark nonstop at around 6am. This is not the owner’s fault, but it was a nuisance. The house was not stocked with any common cleaning essentials like swiffer, broom, vac, mop, disinfectant, etc which is nice to have for guests. Not being able to sweep sand up in a beach house seems a little strange, so stocking at least something like that would be nice. Common essentials like soaps, toilet paper, paper towels were also stocked to bare minimum (t.p that was on the roll, 1 roll paper towel, etc). There was a bottle of very watered down dawn and watery hand soaps left behind which we tossed and bought our own. The kitchen was also stocked to a bare minimum, but all the essentials were there for basic cooking needs. It was fine for us since we dined out every night. The owners had locked off the garage, pantry, and a couple of other closets which was a little more excessive than most houses we’ve stayed in the area, but that’s their prerogative. Just be aware if you think you will need or have access to any of that. It wasn’t a problem for us for a short stay. We also had some issues coming home after dark to palmetto bugs in the house on the ground floor, mainly in kitchen areas, but I also got a nice surprise in the laundry room. I would have Property management get on that issue immediately! Overall it was a nice stay in a great location, with just a few minor things that could have been slightly better.

Perfect Beach House

The beach house was perfect for our winter getaway! It was perfectly appointed, provided great beach access, and was kid friendly. The owners, Anna Marie and Mark, were accommodating and friendly. We will be repeat customers and suggest this house to all that are seeking a great beach retreat
