L'emplacement est superbe, la maison trÚs fonctionnelle pour les familles, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les jouets et livres à disposition. Jean-Baptiste et Solene sont trÚs accueillants et disponibles pour toute question. Petite suggestion: laisser une notice pour retrouver les explications les plus importantes concernant la maison et les environs

Eines der schönsten FerienhĂ€user, in denen wir je waren! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön & ruhig. Der See ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, fĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe, Restaurants etc braucht man ein Auto. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell & unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen!

Vacances dans un cadre magnifique

La maison de Jean-Baptiste a bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© de rĂ©centes rĂ©novations (agrandissement de la terrasse, nouvelle baie vitrĂ©e). Elle est trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, propre, confortable et trĂšs fonctionnelle. Largement assez de place et de vaisselle pour les 10 personnes de notre groupe. Elle se situe dans un quartier trĂšs calme, entourĂ© d’une forĂȘt de pins. Lac et ocĂ©an Ă  proximitĂ©, beaucoup de possibilitĂ©s d’activitĂ©s pour tous les Ăąges! Une situation particuliĂšre nous a amenĂ© Ă  ĂȘtre en contact rĂ©gulier avec Jean-Baptiste. Il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif et prĂ©sent chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Il nous a donnĂ© de trĂšs bon conseils, trĂšs bons contacts avec lui. Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter dans cette maison, elle a totalement rĂ©pondu Ă  nos attentes!

Séjour trÚs agréable

Une semaine ensoleillée, dans une villa conforme à l annonce. Piscine suffisamment grande, sécurisée et ensoleillée. Villa parfaitement équipée, chambres et sdb trÚs agréables. Les 2 chambres du bas isolées permettent a 2 familles d avoir leur quartier. Environnement trÚs agréable, plage privée sur le lac, plages océan plus sportives, la dune du Pyla a 15mn. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs. Nous recommandons vivement.

Une chouette maison de famille au coeur des pins

Excellente semaine Ă  Biscarosse dans cette agrĂ©able maison trĂšs fonctionnelle au milieu des pins. Les photos ne lui rendent pas suffisamment justice, c’est mieux en vrai ! Petites plages du lac Ă  10 min Ă  pied aprĂšs une jolie balade, pour le reste il vaut mieux circuler en voiture car en vĂ©lo le dĂ©nivelĂ© n’est pas Ă  la portĂ©e de tout le monde 😊 Ce sera la seule micro dĂ©ception du sĂ©jour, qui n’a rien Ă  voir avec la maison ou les hĂŽtes : nous avions louĂ© des vĂ©los pour tous mais avons choisi de les rendre assez vite car rejoindre les rives du lac ou Biscarosse est un poil sportif, donc Ă  voir selon les goĂ»ts et aptitudes de chacun. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e, l’ocĂ©an est Ă  quelques kms, le lac magnifique encore plus prĂšs, de nombreuses activitĂ©s possibles, sportives ou non. Ski nautique, surf, balades
 et la rĂ©gion splendide. Taille parfaite pour nous, nous Ă©tions 8 sur 5 chambres doubles (1 triple), la maison est grande c’était parfait. On a adorĂ©, Jean Baptiste et sa femme sont adorables et hyper rĂ©actifs. A refaire !

Coucher de soleil au milieu des pins, calme absolu dans une maison tellement agréable à vivre qu'on a envie d'y rester !! On a tout ce dont on a besoin et plus encore !! Et l'accueil est trÚs chaleureux !! Super vacances.
