Moose Creek Lodge was terrific for our multi-generational family vacation. The house is well appointed allowing for us to spend time together in the large common areas while also providing sanctuary for each family when we wanted to retire to separate quarters. The mountain area is beautiful. We were treated to a herd of elk grazing just beyond the backyard on our last evening. Highly recommend.

Awesome big sky house with 6, no apology ”true master bedrooms”. Great support team who’s only answer to requests was “of course, yes”. Beautiful common area with outstanding views from the full glass living room and deck that encourages gathering for cocktails and conversation! Fantastic kitchen (we only used one of them). Also enjoyed ping-pong, billiards room and huge hot-tub!

Great Stay

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of rooms, bathrooms, extra living spaces, 2nd kitchen for big groups. Having a ping pong table was also a great amenity. The owner responded very quicky to any inquiry we had.

Great Place for a big group

Moose Creek was the ideal location for our large group. Beautiful property which had all the needed amenities and the management team were available and responsive, yet not intrusive. Highly recommend.

Let me just say that everything about this place was perfect! The setting was picture perfect with plenty of room to gather or not(!) depending on your mood. The home is very easy to find and has all of the creature comforts you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! We saw a lone fox and several deer in the yard during our stay. We even heard elk bugling close by on the first night! Christina was very helpful leading up to our stay, making sure no question was left unanswered! We will definitely be back!!

Incredible home for a group

We had 8 adults and the home was wonderful, lots of space to spread out, great location and views. Hot tub was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful. I rent homes several times a year and this was the best support I’ve ever had. Would definitely rent this house again.

Big Sky Anniversary Trip

Wonderful large home my wife and I booked for our family totaling 16 (8 adults / 8 grandkids). Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different activities throughout the home. Great pool table / ping pong table. Very close to Big Sky ski resort and not a bad drive into town. The local property managers were great!

Heaven

This was our once a year vacation with my family. Some were from California and some from Georgia (18) all together. There are not enough words to explain how beautiful and great our stay was. If I could have gotten my daughter and son-in-law to agree to move to big sky with my grandchildren I would’ve never came back to Georgia. I highly recommend this house and the people from Big sky luxury vacations. 👍👍👍

The best rental ever!!!

We stayed at this beautiful lodge for a week with a group of 15. The place immediately felt like home. The property managers had thought of everything – including humidifiers, and a spectacular, well-maintained hot tub! The guestbook was so thoughtful, giving very detailed pictures of how to ski in to the property after wonderful days on the slopes. The beds were extremely comfortable; there were extra pillows and blankets in every closet; nothing was broken; and it was spotless. Mike went out of his way to ensure that we had the perfect stay, we were so impressed by everything. Thank you guys so much! It was an unforgettable week.

Big Sky Winter Getaway

The property is great for large or multiple families. We had three families with children aging 10 through 16. The ski out was extremely helpful as it gave each family / group of kids to hit the mountain whenever they wanted. However, like prior posts stated, the ski in was less than ideal. It is quite a trek to get back to the house and would be very difficult to do with little ones. Thank goodness our kids were a little bit older and able to manage. Some of us ended up driving to the base in order to avoid the ski home.

Rustic ski cabin

Large moderately-maintained older ski home, easy ski OUT, but not really ski-IN. Arrived to find no grate in wood-burning fireplace, and no blender, but property manager corrected this promptly. Also no baking/cookie sheets in kitchen, hot water faucet in master bath had broken handle. Property decoration is dated/home needs remodel and deep cleaning. Home does sleep many people with good amount of privacy. Large hot tub and double-sized ski boot heater were appreciated.

Perfect Home

We loved this home. We had 3 families with 7 kids ranging from 9 - 18. The home suited us perfectly with a large kitchen area, and 3 separate living room areas. The kids could hang out downstairs, or in the other living room with the pool table. We never felt crowded and could have easily fit more. The house had several nice touches including boot warmers, multiple washer / dryers, multiple ovens / dishwashers, Sonos, heated walkway to the hot tub so you didn't have to walk in snow, and many others. The team was amazing, showing up to clean the hot tub, and consistently checking to make sure everything was great. Which it was!! The ski in / ski out is not difficult, and they have good clear instructions as to how to access. Ski out was a piece of cake and did not require poling. We figured out ski in on the first shot, and requires a short walk... we could make it almost all the way back and had to walk about 2 houses. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again next time we visit Big Sky.

House was great.

Luckily everything went smooth. No breakdowns or anything we couldn’t handle ourselves. The house was fantastic the ski in/out was responsible. The management company was a no show. I emailed them 3 days before asking for an ealrly check in due to an NFL game. Perfectly content if the answer was “no” but I never received an answer. Not only that I never received the code to get into the house. Luckily the front door was unlocked because I callled 3x and never talked to a soul or had any of my 3 messages returned. I feel bad writing this review, because I met the owner of the house, but the management company failed completely. If we were to have an issue, which we did not, but if we did who would answer my call. House was good. Stereo system was nonexistent. Hot tub worked. Management was non existent. Last thought, when we showed up they have two washers and two dryes. All of them were full with wet or dry sheets and towels. As if we were to take care of the laundry of the guest before. We decided to fold and finish 4 giant loads of laundry. To make sure no one thought we were the ones the created it all. We left the house 5x better then we found it and if they say otherwise I will make sure they are corrected. Pics and video go a long ways when you have no contacts. Sorry and at the same time thank you. We had a great time but the extra mile we went that you didn’t, leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Lone Mountain

Great home, huge ( almost needed GPS mapping to explore all the rooms). A few minor glitches with key pad (dead battery) entry. Hot tub needed attention from tech on 2 separate days. Having said that, Porter (our contact) was very helpful and was able to address the minor problems rapidly and pleasantly. Thanks,Porter! The location and views were inspiring, the pool table and ping pong table got a workout, our entire family was impressed with this property! Comfortable, relaxing, and made for a wonderful family vacation. Thank you!!

Great for Large Groups

The house was awesome! Spread out bedrooms and bathrooms really made for great gathering spaces with privacy when needed. Hot tub took the first night to warm up, but after that it was great to have after a day on the slopes. Getting back to the house was a bit confusing at first from the mountain, even with the detailed directions - but after we figured it out it was much better (still quite a bit of skating for skiers, snowboarders be warned). Ping pong table was missing some pieces for set-up, but overall the house really was great. Pool table is set up quite nicely in the loft and made for great hang out spot. Lots of extra cloths/linens/towels for everyone. Boot warmers and hallway cubby/coat racks are a nice touch for skiing groups. I would recommend to any large family/groups looking for a nice private house somewhat close to the slopes!
