It allows you to wake up next to a beautiful view of Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys Beach and the sound of the ocean! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and enjoy a true beachfront experience with incredible views of the Gulf.
Located at High Pointe Beach Resort, a first-class gated community catering to families of all sizes. You'll enjoy direct access to pristine beaches, Lagoon-style pool/hot tub, famous dining restaurant (Crabby Steve’s), tennis/pickleball court, children’s playground, and boutique shopping across the street/7 mins walks. All in a quaint, family friendly environment.
This unit comes with 1 beach umbrella/2 beach chairs/2 bikes from March to October as a treat from the owner.

Avoid sitting on the furniture with wet swimsuits/sun-tan lotion and placing wet towels on the furniture.

Oh my this place was amazing! The location is spot on very close to beautiful Rosemary shops and restaurants. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning with the ability to see the sunsets. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. Chris the host was so easy to communicate with. He helped make the stay great responding to my questions quickly. I highly recommend staying at Chris’ place . I would definitely return.
