In perfect condition.

The property is extremely clean and well stocked. Besides a little noise during the day from a community pool the neighborhood is very peaceful. Read all tabs from the checkin website to understand the washing machine operation and charges. You must pick up a card from the management company on the same street.

Schöne, saubere, grosszügige Wohnung mit grossartiger Aussicht vom Balkon

Wir haben uns in dieser sauberen und praktisch neuen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten. Wir waren zwar nur zu zweit, aber auch mit 6 Leuten bietet die Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern genügend Platz und Stauraum. Der grosse Balkon im zweiten Stock mit toller Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel und Berge bietet an einem langen Holztisch auch viel Platz. Der Lift im Haus war eine willkommene Erleichterung beim Koffertragen. Das Zentrum, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das direkt neben dem Haus liegende Erlebnisbad bietet die Möglichkeit für einen Sprung ins Wasser - im Sommer und im Winter. Die Geräusche vom Bad haben uns nie gestört.

We are a family of five and love this get away in the mountains in an authentic village where normal people live year round.

Why they chose this property

We designed this apartment together with the architect and secured the full length balcony facing the impressive Wildstrubel mountain (3'244m). We made it our vacation home and have continuously updated it. Ski in/ski out for downhill and nordic skiing in winter, 5 minute walk to the center of the village, communal swimming pool very close with a new hot outdoor spa, elevator accessible with wheelchairs, dedicated parking garage.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to the center, swimming pool, ski in/out, bike infrastructure, extensive infrastructure, full width panoramic view, elevator. Access the two ski areas Adelboden-Lenk and Lenk-Betelberg.
