Don't miss the amazing sunsets this location is known for! Perfect for your beach getaway, romantic weekend, family outing and more! This waterfront community has a pool, dock, grill, picnic benches and private beach access and beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway.
Second floor unit newly renovated with all the amenities! Equipped with a Queen size Serta mattress in bedroom and Queen Sofa pull-out couch in living room, 55" Samsung Smart TV w/local cable, WiFi, and books. Everything to make your Beach Retreat feel like home. Bedroom features storage space to hold all your vacation belongings!
Solar-heated pool on-site with covered seating and lounge chairs, coin-operated laundry rooms on first floor. Gas grill available for use with small HOA fee, any charcoal grills on-site are left by guests and are not maintained. One reserved parking spot for the condo is provided.
Sit on the dock or enjoy lunch at the picnic tables outside the unit. Bike rack next to dock. No need to pack your beach towels, chairs or beach umbrella we got you covered. Private beach access is just steps away
