Not as the headline picture

The picture is not as the accomodation which is a gated concrete block of appartments. The bedroom is under 2mts wide an 3 mtrs long win no furniture. Despite thos we hsd a nice holiday vsiting st Nazaire and la Boule.

L'appartement est en fait dans un lotissement assez kitsch (fausses colonnes grecques...), mais joli et bien équipé. Il manque le Wifi. Beaux endroits à découvrir dans les alentours. La piscine est grande et très propre. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. La "présidente" du lotissement ressemble un peu à un garde chiourme ! bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Location de 15 jours en août Hébergement bien aménagée et proche de la piscine.Residence proche de la forêt, très agréable pour les ballades.Environnement très calme avec vue sur le golf.Équipement tres bien mais la wifi aurait été un plus.On recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Vacances parfaites en famille : emplacement idéal, confort et tranquillité à deux pas de La Baule

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables en famille dans cet appartement, idéalement situé et parfaitement adapté à nos besoins. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l'emplacement exceptionnel : à seulement 10 minutes de La Baule et des commodités telles que le supermarché, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans passer trop de temps en déplacements. L'appartement est le plus proche de la piscine, ce qui a ravi nos enfants de 6 et 11 ans qui ont pu en profiter pleinement. Nous avons également apprécié le calme de la résidence, un véritable havre de paix après nos journées bien remplies. La terrasse spacieuse était parfaite pour nos repas en famille et pour se détendre en fin de journée. Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable : l’appartement est entièrement équipé, il ne manque rien (à part les serviettes de toilette, à apporter). La décoration soignée mérite une mention spéciale, elle contribue vraiment à l’ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante du lieu. Enfin, la communication avec le propriétaire a été fluide et agréable, il s'est montré disponible et réactif à toutes nos questions. En résumé, cet appartement est un véritable coup de cœur, parfait pour des vacances en famille, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Endroit hyper tranquille, appart' pas immense mais hyper bien aménagé dans lequel nous avons vécu a 4 dont 2 enfants en bas age sans se marcher dessus. La piscine a deux pas très pratique. Top !!!

Appartement très agréable, propre et bien équipé. Chambre et canapé-lit très confortables. Procédure d'arrivée très simple. Le tout dans une résidence calme. La piscine partagée est un sacré atout, ainsi que l'écrin de verdure vu depuis la terrasse. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et recommandons vivement ce séjour !
