Welcome to our Coastal Villa!!! Waterfront fishing and heated pool!This “model” home is available for rental beginning February 13th, 2021. Designed and built by Gulf Living Homes, this beautiful home is a true work of art. Lots of premium upgrades and custom touches light up this home. Double doors welcome you as you walk into the spacious great room with a direct view out to the pool and screened in lanai overlooking a freshwater canal with large dock to fish and launch kayaks! Open the triple sliders and both the indoor and outdoor areas combine into an expanded living space, Florida living at its best. Master has private bath along with sliders overlooking pool/canal. A true split floor plan - 2 guest bedrooms are in their own wing of the home, with wide hallways, pool bath and access to the 3 car over sized garage. The kitchen is the nucleus of this home with large kitchen island, custom 36 inch cabinets, stainless steel appliances, designer lighting package and an open view out to the living and dining areas. Den/office has desk and printer. Villa is West facing on a freshwater canal with access to miles and miles of boating, kayaking and fishing for all ages to enjoy. 25 miles to Florida’s most beautiful white sand beaches in Sanibel island, 21 miles to Fort Myers beaches and Cape Coral has a beach as well!

Cape Coral vacation

Very nice house with a good layout for guests with a separate bath. The pool is well maintained and delightful. The restaurant recommendations were good ... liked Rumrunners the best and still visited some of our favorites in Ft. Myers.

This place is equipped with everything for you to start enjoying your vacation. My favorite spot was the couch in the Lanai in the evening with the sun setting. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and probably one of the best things was the lack of heavy traffic unless you went to Sanibel or Captiva.

Amazing Vacation at Villa on the canal

We had an awesome stay at the villa.. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was better than the photos and comfortable. Michelle was an excellent host. The house was in a convenient location close to stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend it!

Amazing Stay!

Absolutely amazing house to stay at for our week long summer vacation! The pictures of this property are exactly what you get, beautiful inside and out and one of the best “stocked” houses we’ve ever rented! The pool is perfect for kiddos - great size, lots of floaties/pool toys - and the canal right in the backyard also helped entertain everyone from fishing to kayaking to feeding the ducks and turtles! Cape Coral was a new destination to us but it did not disappoint - great location not far from places like Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. We enjoyed everything about our week here and would love to come back!

Nice vacation but beware of hidden damage

The house was nicely decorated and well-stock. The host was attentive in answering questions and resolving problem quickly. However, at the end, we were blamed for blood stains on decorative pillow and bent curtain rod. Beware of hidden damages on your stay and check thoroughly. If found any damage, make notes and contact the owner right away.

Thank you for the review, however it saddens me that you informed me you would’ve given me 5 stars as every other guest has done until a claim was turned in for damage done. My property manager along with cleaning company inspects the property for damage after every guest. I had been there prior to your visit and can assure there was no damage. Pictures were taken, we take pride in keeping our home clean and free of damage from guest, hence our 5 star rating.

Very nice and cozy home. Everything you need they have it! Very clean and nice. There is a target and publix nesr by. Very convenient. 30 minutes away from any beach.

Impeccable style and great host

Awesome experience and the host has impeccable taste. The entire house feels brand new and everything is meticulous. It is better stocked than a five star hotel and she even labels everything with a p touch. If you are someone obsessed with details and cleanliness like me than this is the house for you. The pool area is nice. The canal was too shallow so we couldn't dock our boat rental there but that's ok we went to Ft Myers beach instead and had a blast. Naples fifth avenue is a must. Its a drive but its worth it. Target/Publix and all other stores are nearby and the kitchen is very user friendly. The outlets are about 45 mins away too. Check out Captiva Island and Sanibel both about an hour away. I would book again!

Perfect vacation home!

Hello, my name is Michelle, I am the owner/property manager of Azure Coastal Villa. My husband and I love to travel, living up North, Florida is one of our favorite places to take our family. We are blessed parents to 4 beautiful children. During the covid lockdown back in April 2020, we decided to take the kids down to Florida and let them homeschool from there (it was still snowing up in Ohio). We figured it would be fun for the kids to rent a house and lockdown in beautiful weather with our own private pool. We stayed in Cape Coral for the first time, I fell in love with the beauty and how quaint the area was. We immediately started looking for a home away from home. We found this beautiful model home and knew it was for us! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
