A very special well appointed modern spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom
home in a wonderful location right on the estuary edge. Spectacular views of harbour, Tairua and the hills beyond. Two large decks, one to sit and view the sun setting or the boats on the harbour, and the other with the private courtyard feel.
Up to the minute kitchen with all necessities, modern bathrooms and very restful main bedroom with its own private deck. Large decks off all living areas and bedrooms with outdoor furniture to sit back and take in the views. A wonderful stroll around the estuary takes you to the beachfront in a few minutes.
Two minutes walk to the ferry to take you to Tairua, a special event while in Pauanui.
Bikes available for getting around Pauanui.
The beach is just a short stroll away.
This is the best most magnificant spot in Pauanui to have a truely luxurious break.
Special conditions:

Four night minimum stay over Easter
Ten night minimum stay over Christmas/New Year period.

Stunning location right on the water

We loved staying here, well appointed home, felt comfortable and luxurious at the same time. The front deck opens up to a lovely lawn area and straight into the water. The kids were swimming and fishing at the jetty which was walking distance. No wifi and no TV as a result, but this didn’t faze us at all and it was a great family time. Use bug repellent if out at night as there are some mozzies and sandflies. Jill was great with comms and we had everything we needed.

Lovely Location

We had a great 8 nights at this property and were blessed with warm and sunny weather for the majority of our stay. It was the ideal location for our family, and the house was large enough to spread out. The area we enjoyed the most was the open living areas and the floor to ceilings windows that opened onto a large balcony overlooking the estuary across to Tairua. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evenings having a quiet drink and admiring the expansive views that were every changing. The sunsets were lovely. The beds were comfortable which was another positive for the property. The owner, was very attentive with all her communications. We enjoyed our break away out of peak time and would love to return one day.

Easter family fun

The house was a perfect fit for our needs. Kids were upset (at first) by the lack of wi-fi . . . adults were not-so-secretly pleased to be able to 'disconnect' for a few days so that we could truly connect with friends/family! We enjoyed cocktails and dinners on the deck with the beautiful view, and hosted a fierce Kubb tournament on the lawn, as well as an Easter egg hunt for the kids. The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the owner provided helpful instructions before our arrival. All in all, a lovely weekend!
