Awesome family bach at stunning Matarangi beach!
Light, bright and tidy bach that's really easy to relax in. 5 minute stroll from Matarangi Beach,10 minutes to cafe, dairy, and liquor store, 2 mins to tennis courts and childrens playground.
Everything you need to relax on your holiday - either in this house or on your doorstep!
Whitianga township is 23 km's away in one directon and provides a more extensive range of stores. Coromandel town is 23 km's in the other direction.
Tennis rackets, petanque and DVD player available for use + other games/kids toys.
Shower, bath and separate toilet facilities. An outside shower is available for washing off after a swim, or just to cool down in the summer.
Large wooden decks extend from the lounge at the front of the house and also from the dining area at the back to offer sunny outside dining options all day.
Free-to-air channels.
Special conditions:
$60 cleaning fee per stay + house to be left tidy on departure
7 night minimum stay over the peak period, otherwise 2-3 night minimum stay.
No tents or caravans please. No smokers/pets.
