Short drive to Turoa ski field where you can enjoy skiing in the winter or mountain biking in summer and many walking tracks off the mountain which can be accessed during the warmer months.
Queen size beds in two bedrooms plus queen size bed, bunk and single bed in third room. Total of sleeping for nine people. Electric blankets and duvets on queen size beds. Modern kitchen. Log burner in main area and heaters in bedrooms. Washing machine, dryer, two toilets. Gas hot water, instantaneous and never runs out!

Lots of excellent summer activities available too, amazing biking / walking tracks for all levels of fitness and ages, horse riding and fishing. There is plenty to see and do in the Ruapehu area over summer. Some of our favorites include the heaps of great Mountain Biking tracks such as the Mountain to Sea Trail that includes the Old Coach Road from Ohakune to Horopito. Pop in and check with the guys at TCB in Ohakune for all the latest on trail conditions, gear and you can even rent a bike if you would rather leave your classic ten-speed in the shed.
